Based on the status, ur case is nit approved yet. Vermont SC was taking a lot of time and that's why they are transferring cases to other SC. Lets hope your case will now get processed and approved soon. Good luck.

Hello guys! I'm totaly confused now... Was our i130 approved or not? PD is 8 oct 2014! But now all i can see by checking my case status is that the "CASE WAS RECIVED AT MY LOCAL OFFICE" on 8sept2015( it was transferd from vermount sc to calif sc as i understood) Isn't taking to long time? almost one year now and dont even approved...((((
