HI ALL!! i know diz is kinda late to post (I was too tired yesterday from my flight).. Just want U all to know that my visa is APPROVED!!!! I'm heading home to ma Daddy (grrrrr) in a few days.. And just do everything with him....

can i fill out the 156...156k and 157 visa applications for my fiance...or does she have to do it and submit?

My fiancee is going to Manila for her interview and was sent DS-156 DS 156K and DS 157. 4 copies of DS 156, and 157. And 1 copy of DS 156k. Problem is our 6yr old babygirl Marian who is originally on the Fiancee Petition and on my Affidavit of Support will not be accompanying her mom to the U.S. for another 6mts. So my question? Is any forms required for our 6yr old daughter if she's not coming to the U.S. just yet? Please respond as quick as possible, my Loie's interview is in 3 days.

Curious...... what is the proper way to present proof picture of relationship to the Embassy on interview? with or without an album? Thankzzzz :-)

Would the embassy keep all the original evidences submitted to them (letters,cards,pictures,etc..)

I went to Saint Luke's last October 25 and 26 (2006) to have my medical... All went well .... Back to the south side now (chillin' B) ) and will wait for my interview date..

My daughter (she is 6 years old)will follow me to the US under my K1 status can someone tell me exactly what's the procedure/procedures. And does she need to attend when I go for my medical and interview? Thanks a lot in advance....

in my case the suspense stage has already expired, its been almost 5 years since my husband has submitted the petition, everytime we call the manila embassy they always tell us to wait for their notification when an appoinment date will be available for me, i am almost losing hope but i keep on praying for strength to be able to stretch my patience. the paper works we submitted were completed last february we are now waiting for an available interview date. thanks for all the information you have shared it makes me feel a lot better to know that there are others who more or less are in the same situation that i am in. how was the interview?

Does anyone have info, or know where we can find info on a child or children that will follow mother to the US after a year. My fiancee and I have decided to wait until she's settled and made all adjustments here before we go back to the Philippines to fetch our daughter. She is included on the K1 application and my Affidavit of Support. All responses are appreciated

Just called NVC today, our case was forwarded to Manila Consulate last Aug. 2, 2006...

Anyone here whose papers (or whatever u call that?) are already forwarded from NVC to the Manila consulate? Especially those who is from CSC..

I think it would be MORE suspicious if its the American who is 45 because COs know that some goofy older guys are susceptible to being tricked by young girls who want to come to US and bolt from the mid life crisis laden guys as soon as the jet touches the ground and the too warm blooded girls can get past the POE.
