A friend of mine  after he done his finger print to remove his CGC went  out of USA but after a week his wife received a letter   which is I 797 Notice of action says you should not travel out of

USA before receiving your new card , if you travel it may have difficulty   reentering  to USA. He is thinking to come next week. What to do?

Some one I know (65 yrs)is a green card holder and have a plan to go to Ethiopia for 1 year.so for how long can he stay out of USA?  I called USCIS and told me that if he wants to be a USA citizen must return before 6 month and if he doesn’t want he can come back before  1 year . Today someone told me that it’s wrong. What should we do?

It's okay don't worry. Mine was took 1 month and two weeks so know a days it's normal so relax and plan to your new life.

 Thanks to God everything is okay  but i would like to avoid mistake so

   1, visa ,ticket and packet(do not open). what else have to have?

   2, it is my first international flight so does border control  is asking question ? if its so what kind of question ?

   3, How to remove my conditional status ? July 22,2018 will be our 2 years  anniversary .

Yes it is approved but no update on CEAC that makes me nervous.

CO given me white slip and yellow page that states to pay 220 dollar for USCIS (A- number ) so everything is seems fine but 

Why it takes almost more than 3 weeks to print a visa ???

First of all i would like to thank you for your  great support, without you guys it would be impossible

to go this far. As you know my cr-1 visa was approved but still no visa. 

When I check from CEAC  it says Ready for interview but it  is more than 2 weeks  since my visa  approved so i'm  little bit nervous .

So Should i be Worried ?

For how long should i wait to contact Ethiopian embassy ?

My Cr-1 visa interview is next month but our wedding pictures are bothering me.

A yer ago my k-1 visa was denied and my wife and me decide to get married  and  we decided not to have wedding ceremony.

We have many engagement party pictures including family, friends and studio photo.

So should I be worried?

Unfortunately, the American Embassy in Addis Ababa does not accept clients without appointments so you have to

​make an appointment. it is better to make before 2 weeks. then you have to authenticate the paper you recived from us embbasy (Ethiopian foreign minster)

which is in Kasanchis .if you have been married before you have to have original divorce paper to get married.this will be required by

sub city municipality or kebele.

i didn't lie and submit false documents.one mistake that i did was a soon as co go for looking something i was making ready (bring out) my documents.

starting from that moment he was completely changed .i think i have to wait til the co asks me my evidence.

i know that and i have received a latter that states my visa denied under 212(a)(6)©(1) that is all.nothing is mentioned about wavier.

212(a)(6)©(1) was only for my past denied K-1 visa only? if my future CR-1 visa denied under 212(a)(6)©(1)

then i have to go for waiver?

we did not received the letter stating we could file a waiver. what we received from USCIS(NOTICE OF DECISION) that our i-129f has expired and we could re file

i-129f .that is why we don't file waiver.if we don't receive letter from uscis which states we could file waiver, does it mean we are not going under waiver process?

long history in short my k1 visa denied a year ago under immigration fraud and misrepresentation (INA 212(a)(6)©(1)).i cant tell you how painful was it.

cause nothing makes you sick than seeing the truth keep down its head.i don't want to remember. now we get married and went for CR-1 visa and received NO1 and waiting for NO2. question is my past k1 visa denial affect CR-1 visa ? if so what should i do?

we have sent our i-130 and other evidence to USCIS 5 days ago, but we forgot my wife plane ticket that shows her trip.

so my question is do we have to wait til USCIS requesting her ticket or can we send it ?.
