  1. We recently got our NOA2 (11/20/15)

Can my fiancee fill out the form DS-160 now or must she wait until the London Embassy receives the petition from the NVC?

    Thanks!

  2. Hi Everyone.

If the CSC approves my petition will it post to the USCIS Case Status page once it's approved?

    https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

Or will I have to wait for a letter in the mail?

he reason I ask is because my case status currently says:

Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received

On November 16, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXX Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

  3. Hello,

I recieved and RFE from USCIS and it read:

"Please submit a properly completed and signed form G-325 A Biographic Information for the beneficiary XXXXXXX"

I know for a fact I submitted this form with the original petition. It was an original (not a copy) signed, dated by her. Does anyone else have any experience with this type of RFE? I can only think of 2 possible problems after reviewing the form.

    1) The portion of the form that says "current husband or wife (if none so state)" we did not write "none" on either of our forms mine or hers. Would this cause the form to be rejected? How come they did not reject mine as well?

    2) The portion of the form that says "applicants last address outside of the United States of more than 1 year" We put all 5 of her previous addresses in the above section titled "applicants residence last five years" Do we still need to put her last address again below? It seems redundant and unnecessary, but after reviewing I guess, technically if one of the "above" addresses was for more than one year and outside of the United States it would possibly fall under that category... I dont know...????

    I am so frustrated :(

We have been waiting a long time for this and we were VERY careful to fill out everything correctly. It took a very long time to review and compile all of the info and forms and USCIS is absolutely NO HELP over the phone. They only answer general questions. Also their RFE was so vague that I dont know if they lost the form or if something was incorrect. How can they just send a once sentence request without providing me with details such as you left this part blank or you didnt submit it at all...???

Cany anyone help me? What do I do???

    Thanks everyone.

  4. Hi everyone. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue with the posted processing times on this website.

Currently what is posted for K1 Visas on this site is

    I-129F for K-1 Visa

    CSC: Oct-2

    TSC: Apr-29

    VSC: Sep-7

My case was sent to the CSC with a NOA1 of 9/23/15. Therefore based on this site's info my case should already have been processed. I'm just wondering how much member data goes into these posted processing times so I can determine how accurate they really are? What have been other people's experiences with the processing times posted on this site? Are they generally accurate? My congressman told me he talked to the CSC and he was told they are currently at approx 4 month processing time. This is a drastic difference from what is posted on this site. I originally thought this sites information was based on some government posted info, but couldn't find anything like it on any government site. Then I dug a bit deeper into this site's info and found it's based on member data. This leads me to believe it may not be so accurate...?

Any feedback/Advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks everyone.
