i filed November 2017 to CSC and my case got transferred to Mesquite, Texas in January 2019. Received RFE in April and submitted it today. 

My case was transferred from csc to Mesquite texas. Received RFE. Sent RFE today . When was your case transferred

I was thinking the same thing... I submitted the fingerprints in December and still no updates on USCIS site on the case ... quiet depressing and worrying 😒

So I have an Issue,

USCIS sent me the appointment of biometrics and I received the mail today and the appointment was also scheduled for today at 12pm. Whereas, I got the mail in my mailbox after 4 pm. What should I do to reschedule my appointment. Please Help. i'm super Stressed

I sent my i751 on 13th of November and it was received on 15th November and the cheque has been cashed today. How long does it tale to receive NOA?

So it took us just over a week to see movement (check cashing) and just shy of two weeks to get the letter in the mail.  Hope that helps a bit

Mailed my package yesterday. Supposed to reach tomorrow. Hopefully everything goes well. Btw how long does it take to receive Notification or letter?

So I have a question, I didnt know that there was something as Change of address (AR-11) till I started collecting documents for I-751 . Now I've complete the AR-11 form but I'd been living in that location since last 1 and half years. would that be an issue with USCIS while removing conditions from my GC.

I wanted to ask do I have to change my ohysical address because my mailing and permenant address are different than physical address and whats the receipt number if youve already got your green card

Once you reach Dulles, I think you'll land as a domestic flight so no immigration or procedure there at all. That would all take part at Abu Dhabi.

I've landed several times at Dulles, both on international and domestic flights. It's an easy airport to get around and CBP there are friendly and easy to deal with.

I am travelli g first time ti the states on a spouse visa. I am travelling thru etihad airways. Hence my POE will be at abudhabi and from their I'll be taking a direct flight to Washington Dulles Airport

Can any one tell me about the POE process at Abudhabi airport? Will the airlines give me the form on my flight to abudhabi? How long does the procedure takes? What are the questions asked?

Moreover has any one travelled to Dulles airport. Since my POE would be cleared at Abudhabi so what would be the immigration procedure there?

Meaning they are waiting for your divorce paper. As long as they receive your paper, itll take a week or two. Mine was processed within a week.

My interview went well and thankfully I got my medical before interview but they gave me a 221g form stating that my case is hnder administrative processing and I need to submit original divorcertificate of my husbands previous marriage. What does that AP mean and how long does it take to get the bisa fater submitting the document.
