  1. Hello folks,

I have a question and really need help.

I received my biometric letter a couple of days ago which I have been waiting for almost 4 months.

While I was waiting with my wife, I called to inquire about biometric and USCIS said I need to wait due to a long line.

The letter was saying that the appointment was Oct 2016 and I had to show up or reschedule it.

The letter was mailed in 01/04/17 post-marked. What should I do?

  2. Thank you for all your response. I just got an email from USCIS after I requested what is going on my bio appt and it said they are unfortunately delaying their process and my name is electronically added to ASC scheduler and once their appt date is established they will mail to me. Sounds like I have to wait more.. Does that mean I will get a bio appt for sure or can be waived? I think the good news so far here is that I did not miss or lose any letter yet... Sorry! I did not mean to complain here but I felt a little frustrated.

  3. Hi folks,

I am preparing my I-751 forms for removal of conditional GC. As I have been told to prepare for marriage evidence documents with my wife, I would like to check to make sure I have enough documents to send to USCIS.

The followings are the lists of documents

    - 2 yrs of jointly filed tax returns

    - Joint house rental lease document

    - Joint bank checking account  ( although not many transactions as we used credit cards )

    - Photocopies of credit cards showing me and my wife's name and statements

    - Joint medical aid for health insurance documents and joint car insurance

    - Utility bills, Cable internet bills shown both me and my wife names

    - Life insurance and disability insurance listed my wife name as beneficiary

    - Student loans documents listed for me and my wife name with the current address  (I am not sure to send this doc)

    - Copy of driver's license showing both have same address

    - Affidavits from my mother in law and friends

    - Photos of me and my wife

Please let me know if any other documents I may need. Any advice is appreciated!

  4. Hello guys

I went to interview for I-485 AOS (adjustment of status) interview (married with US citizen). I got the interview results for "Your case is being held for review. At this time, USCIS does not require any further information or documents from you. Should further information or documents be required, you will receive a notice in the mail. We may also schedule you for another interview, you will receive a notice in the mail. Otherwise, a final decision will be mailed once your case is complete."

    How long should I wait?

What are the expected results? Good or Bad?

    Any ideas?
