Hello, I received the 18 months extension. In the letter it said they will send me if I need to do biometric. I didn’t get any biometric letter yet. But if you already have completed biometric why do you need one again? 

We are almost done with getting together all the evidences, hopefully can send out by next week or the forst week of august. But I have a question, in the I 751 form Part 7 should be fille by me (the conditional resident/my husband the citizen) because in Part 8 it is my husband, the US citizen. In Part 6 neither of us have no disabilities so we will say no in all the boxes. In Part 9 and Part 10 as we are filling we will write N/A. Just making sure so we do no wrong before sending everything. Can anyone tell me should be put evidences in different envelope than the form and then put them in one envelope altogether? As we live inside the US we don’t have to send any passport size pictures right. In the biometric fee it says if conditional residet have to submit biometric fee but if Lawful permanent resident spouse then no biometric fee. I have the CR1 visa should I submit the biometric fee with my application? Please let me know. Thank you.

Thank you so much, that helped a lot. It shows the earliest on July 17th. I will try to file ASAP because reading the posts seems, takes a year or more.

Hello everybody, it has been a while I never posted anything. But now I need help though I know this isn't the right forum but maybe someone can help me out. I will be traveling to India via paris and london from Toronto. Already got my eta for Toronto. But now I'm lost. Do I need a transit/tourist visa for Paris/London for my layover. Hello, I have CR1 visa and want to visit India during my winter holidays. Is it okay to fly out of Toronto,Canada as it is nearer to buffalo. Will I face any difficulty in the airport because I'm traveling from Canada and have no Canadian visa? Kindly let me know.

I don't think it is a big deal if u tk up ur husband's name. You can wait for a few days change your passport name to your husband's name and apply. I did that. But many don't even change and don't face problems cz it's personal matter. You need to prove your marriage is genuine so send all proof accordingly. All the very best.

When did you go to the SS office? What did they say? How often do you call to get updates?

Went on 7th. And she went ahead and filled out an application for me saying there was no SSN assigned to my name and nothing was pending during my visa and this happens. 1 week over this will be the second week. She gave me a receipt in case I didn't get one to come back after 2weeks. I never called them. Didn't know I could ask for updates. ? I don't know what to do.

Till now no SSN .OMG I'm going crazy over here. ???

Also, aren't K1s allowed one way flights? One way flights from KGN to JFK are less than 300 dollars the second week in January.
