EAD fingerprinting done and case moved form Chicago to Vermont ..Is there anyone else with same timeline ?

My husband arrived yesterday on K3 and we are applying for his EAD tomorrow. Can anyone please confirm how much is required. I see 180 but I can't find out if we need to pay for biometric fee too !

Also I see two addresses for a9 category : one in the form (PO 7218) and other on the veribiage on uscis site ...(PO Box 805887). We are not aplying for adjustment of status ..We are just applying for EAD rt now. Please help...

filed I-130 in Nebraska on May 11 but no news yet ! Anyone out there who got approval from NSC ?

Really ..? He can apply for AOS too .... i thought he would either need to file an original I-130 or approved I-130 along with i-485....

I will also be just filing for EAd for my husband but i am seeing two PO Boxes to submit for a(9) category (k3 applicants). Could you please confirm what address you mailed your EAD to in Chicago...

My hubby's K3 just got approved and he will be coming here by the end of the month. His I-130 has not been approved yet. I think I can still apply for his EAD .Right ? And I will have to wait for applying his AOS. Thoughts ?

I will add more details later. But let me just add what I know so far. He was there at 7:30 and his appt was at 8 AM. He wasn't called until very late around 12ish I think. The embassy was full of people. He was asked various questions about me and him

1) What does she do , ehere does she live for how long ?

2) Why did you go to US before ? What do you do ?

3) How did you meet? When did you meet ?

4) When did you get married ?

I will post detailed questions after i talk to him again. This site has really helped me in my K3 journey. Hats off to all the people here who has made this site a wonderful place to be .....<while you are waiting for your spouse >. ;-)

Do K3 applicants have to fo fingerprinting in India ?

With less than 30 hours left for my hubby's interview..let the countdown begin ! Man I am so nervous ! I hope everything goes well and this nightmare is over !

I think there is an issue with I130 filed at NSC and transferred to CSC. I filed on May 9 and still have not gotten anything ...

actually mane people have had their interview.....You will have to go back and look for those threads

Yeah 4800 ....but I think VFS mentioned that bank draft has to be submitted to embassy but he will anyway take the draft with him....Just curious ..probably it would not matter , if her interview is on 20th shouldn't 5 the last day to submit papers becuase pkt 4 says that papers have to be submitted b/w 10-15 working days ?

well ;-) its getting interesting ....I actually side with kpathak's wife ....hai you need to know what you want and just go and get it ! And I think, again......, I think that fiery and the fierest are worth every bit .....unless ..the guy is sort of conservative who cant actually handle a girl like that ......

BTW , mt hubby got both PCC and PC....so yahoooooooooo and we have decided to submit papers to VFS next week !

1 day to talk to passport agent and second day to actually get it ..whole day ..steep ..may be ..but I bet its worth it !

Just talked to my husband and he actually spent 4K to get passport clearance !
