You need a compentant certified translator for that language. (Must be original for the translation)

And all docs going to the embassy in Santo Domingo must also be translated. You also need la inextensa not the little one for divorces and or birth records from DR.

yes i understand about la acta de nacimiento inextensa, do i have to send the originals with my i-130? and no thank god i havent sent anyting yet judt doing my research first. I have to find a translating place.

You can file the normal I-130 for him, leading to a CR-1 spousal visa.

SOOOOOOO I didnt think this would make a difference but i really need to ask this question, my husband previosly came to the us with a f1 student visa, he left before it expired and never came back.... does that make a difference or can i still file for a i-130? or is he elidgible for an AOS.

Hey! So I'm soon going to be sending my finances petition in soon. I'm getting all my documents ready etc, this is a bit complicated because I'm doing it on my own and not going through with a lawyer. So far I have most of what I'm missing. My question is do I really need to include a letter of how we met and the proof of the on going no relationship. I have it but I thought that wasn't essential until the day of the interview, also is a scanned signature good for the g325a form? I have plane tickets, photos, and chats. Is that enough. I'm very worried! I want this to go perfectly! Thank you
