Hi. I'm adjusting from K1 Visa. My i485 case status now is "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview", is there still a possibility to receive a Potential Interview Waiver?

Those who received a Potential Interview Waiver, what was your case status on uscis website before you got the notice?

Hi. My visa was issued valid until June 2016. My question is, does NOA2 expiry still matters at POE? Our NOA2 will expire in February 2016.

Finally we are approved!!!!

Visa approved today! USEM Manila. Interview went smooth.

It was a bad experience for me. Booked their flight from Los Angeles-Beijing-Manila with 2hrs layover, there was a delay with my departure from LAX so when I arrived in Beijing, the connecting flight left already. Their staff were unfriendly and barely speak English. They let me stay at this crappy hotel far from the airport and when I went back the next day, flights to Manila were fully booked and was told to wait for another day, thats when I got mad and just requested to book me to any airline thats bound to Manila. Took Beijing-Hongkong-Manila. It was very exhausting. Two passengers lost their baggage.

And what does the validity date on NOA2 means? Is it different from what they say 6 months from the medical date?

Please help, I'm now so confused as we are planning to have the interview on 1st week of January and POE on the end week of March. ;(

Hi. I also tried their website to schedule my interview on Dec 28 but it is not yet open so I called them and the agent said that the available dates as of today is from Dec16-22. Just keep on checking. I had my first day of medical Dec 11 and will come back on Monday for continuation. They allowed me to have my medical even if I don't have interview schedule yet, just told the guard that the interview date that I prefer is not yet open.
