  1. Hi Guys and Gals,

    Well, after making the phone call above, a few days later we received the email below. Now, they are saying we don't need the biometrics, that ours is current. Go figure. They also stated that we would not be refunded the cost of the biometrics. HOW IS THIS FAIR? I pay the $85.00 for the biometrics fee, but don't receive the services. What a rip-off! Of-course in a way I am happy that we don't have to do it, but paying the fee for nothing, is kinda frustrating.

    Has this ever happened to anyone before? My wife is telling me some of her friends just got their 10 year green card mailed to them one day, without any communication from USCIS. Have you ever heard of that happening?

    all info seams correct from what i can see. will make hubby recheck it when he gets home from work.

    yes we got the welcome letter first thing before anything else sand. cant wait to take our first trip with it to make sure it works.

    Just out curiosity I would like to know if our cases were cleared with this new procedure or It is a "FULL" approval?

  3. i wouldnt believe him either.

    we got the card production email today. so im thinking in a week it will come. they say 30 days but if i remember right everything like ead and ap always came a week after the card production email came. i could be wrong.

    I never post in this thread but It looks kind of funny that I get my Welcome notice after 2 year like u guys... I had to do Biometrics two weeks ago so i guess this is all related!!!!

    I tried last night with e-filing and as usual the web page fail and most of the time redirect me to the wrong pages !#@$@#%

    Well I guess i have to use the old but effective regular mail...

    I am still confuse about to where i suppose to send it?????

    Por lo demas todo normal mucho frio y nieve. Por cierto ayer estaba en 40F y me puse mis chores y a hacer parrilla... Todos los vecinos me vieron con cara de locos JAJAJA.
