I've been away from the forum for some time.However these are my activities so far:
I replied my RFE,but I was scheduled for an interview on September 1,2016.
My USCIS update account showed: "my card in production" on September 13,2016.
I've not received any update since then,and I've not received my card yet.
How long is the average time from "card in production" to mailing of card and receiving it in the mail?
