Hi my case is a bit problematic, back in 2010 i married a girl in Ecuador, it was in good faith but life does not assure us happiness forever, so i petition her residence, but our marriage was not doing good, so she got her papers the temporary ones, and finally the permanent, but our marriage was not strong enough to keep on going, so we divorced at the beginning of this year, she is in this country and made a new life with someone else, and i am doing the same, Now my fiance is living in Ecuador, so my question to this matter is, can i petition my fiance to come to the States and marry me here? how long after i got divorce can i remarried? would i have any problems in doing so?please i need some help to clarify my doubts.
I am a US citizen, I petition my wife, after she got the papers we got divorce, now i have a new relationship, can i petition her to come to this us?
