Does anyone know when they will mail the RFEs?

I called USCIS today and they stated that they had no idea when. Also I asked them if they had my application (which was sent by the consulate 2-3 weeks ago), but they didn't because the status on the computer says so (which is the same as case status online)

I don't think that they even know where everything is going yet.

this sucks!!! They even said that it may take 60 days to process these RFEs.

Yep I called USCIS today. And the lady I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about mentioned the article on the government site, mentioned IMBRA, ...etc. Still had no idea of what I was talking about. And the only damn thing she said was "Can I help you with anything else?"---Damnit, like she helped me with the real problem....ahhh.

Timeline:

April 17th Approved USCIS electronically

Week of May 8th, recieved and sent packet 3

May 22nd - Recieved a message from the consulate "Your file has been forwarded to DHS for review"

May 23rd - called USCIS == they have no clue what is going on...

All Need some help.

Recieved an update on my application after my fiance sent Packet 3.

The Mumbai Consulate stated in an email that the application is:

"Your file has been forwarded to DHS for review"

What does the above mean? Is it part of a normal process?

This is scaring me so much.

Please help......
