I'm waiting 21 months from sent my aplication and. Nothing happend just. They said the cases are delays... It'scrazy...

The RFE time are 3 months!! I received it APRIL 23 AND I sent July 5...

I received RFE april I answer July and no have answer about it! Also the USCIS webside. Is no update! I called and the only they said is my case is delay I sent my aplication from March 2014! Really I don't what more to do!!

Somebady here is waiting more than 1 year for USCIS answer about GC?? I sent answer to an RFE I received April but they no update the Uscis webside, I called and the only answer was they are delay with the cases bla bla bla...

Hola foro!!

Seguro q a nunguna de ustedes les a pasado esto q de verdad me a desconsertado.... Envie mis documentos para ajuste de estatus en Marzo del 2014 y asta el sol de hoy aun no tengo GC siempre eh llamado a preguntar q sucede y lo unico q envian es una carta diciendo q hay retrasos en el proceso etc etc.. Y por la lentitud me enviaron un RFE para examenes medicos nuevamente porq los q trai ya se vencieron... Cosa q todos esos examenes me salieron al rededor de 1000 dollars ... Recivi el RFE en abril y en Julio envie todo lo q pedian y aun sigue la pagina sin actualizar llame otra ves y lo unico q recibi la misma carta de siempre hay retraso en proceso bla bla y donde fui a realizarme los examenes no me aceptaron q en el form puciera mi apellido de casada me dijeron q debia ser con mi apellido de soltera tal cual aparece en el pasaporter segun ellos no hay problema... De verdad ya estoy mas q desepcionada de la lentitud con la q trabajan....

I'm new here VJ! I received an RFE April 23 for medicla examinations I sent July 7 the answer but nothing change on the uscis webside I called and the only answer was a mail that said they are delay with cases etc etc etc, I sent all the paper for GC 3-13-2014 just now more than 1 year.... And the other question is the person who did the form for medical examination she did with my single name I said all my paper are with marry name... Huh now I don't know I it will be problem too...
