  1. For those of you that responded to me yesterday, thank you. Sorry to keep going on about this, but the USCIS system can't access my file, and I keep getting a recording saying to try back later. UGH!

Looking over my file again, I'm wondering if I was supposed to sign the 3rd page of the I-129F...the one that says "Signature of person preparing form, if other than above." Doesn't make any sense to me, as I am the one who prepared it, and was under the impression that that section was to be signed by third person, ie, lawyer, or something. My question is, did you guys sign that third page, even though you are the one that filled out the form? My letter from USCIS says:

"The application or petition cannot be accepted because it is not properly signed. The applicant or petitioner must sign the application or petition form in the appropriate place. Any preparer must also sign in the appropriate place. After the application form is properly signed, please resubmit the entire package, blah, blah, blah."

    Any ideas?

on the form other than petitioner i filled in N/A

  2. Ok, Happy Birthday to our country and all fortunite enough to live in it and who truely appreciate what it offers. It has been 14 days since I checked the post office website and found that the Nebraska Center did receive our I-129 packet and signed for it. Yet still I have heard nothing and the check has not been cashed. From what I read they are working. I'm worried.

  3. Anyone else got touched today even though there was no notice of sending an RFE? ´Cus that´s what happened to me, how weird is that?

    [/quote

Ok, i am new to this, i don't know what a touch is but I guess i better find out and also how do you know when you been touched cause usally i am asleep?

  4. hi,like others i'm sorry for what's happening to u,by the way i'm abderrahim and i'm moroccan, which means muslim arabic too, what ur husband did and does show the bad side of people who seek just visa, and i believe not just muslims arabic but others too,i'm not defending muslims or arabs, but what i can say is '' one bad fish make all the fish basket smelt bad'' like we say in here,i'm so sorry not just for u but also for us as dirty people make others think we r all same.i dont want to blame u but u said that from the begining he didnt want to put rings neither did a wedding in his place and so on,those things had to make u beng aware, anyway no use to regret.if he 's a good muslim and a real man he wouldnt did and do that to u,especially as he has a sister like u said, none wants his sister or daughter to face that,so why to do that to others?;anyway goes around comes around he will face things.one thing plz in ur posts u was talking like u tell women to be much aware like all r like ur husband, not all the fingers in the hand r same.i hope everything will be great with u,and dont give up u still alive and sweet things r still coming.

  5. hi again, about the age and those stuffs,i believe inside usa there r ones who married and they have age difference, especially the famous people there some is 30 to 40 yrs difference from donald trump to the woman married the wheelchair 80yrs man.i want to ask, what the younger woman has and the older doesnt have? if it's about beauty, they r beautiful olders.weights? it's not important as it's easy to lose and gain and there youngers much fat.energy? there r youth but they have no energy no high spirit and so on.that desert fox said there r people (muslims like he said) want to go there, but he forgot or wanted to ignore there r europeans, canadians, australians, japaneses ... r doing the same visa process and all say they r worry and being sick of waitting and waitting.there r countries u can live better in too, but lots like usa as they want to see and live the american life they see in tv in movies, but not all of them just use every way to be in there.to go to usa is nice but to be with a sweet love in ur side is the nicest and the sweetest.

P.S: my friend aunt (here in morocco) is up 42 yrs and she's married to a 30ies man, they r moroccans muslims,he has the house and the work and she doesnt work,so he didnt look for a fortune from a woman with no salary.and my nighbor is married to a divorced lady with a 2 yrs kid. so not all what some read about muslims from the non muslims writtings r true.

~'~ THAT WAS MY OPINION N YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO AGREE AND DISAGREE JUST TALK NICE ~'~

  6. 1. If he received his 10 year GC by mistake then his is still obligated to apply to remove conditions, may get complicated if he does not know/do that.

Right, in fact if he doesn't apply to remove the conditions he would be out of status and subject to removal. Hmm. I'd keep that one under my hat if all else fails! ;)

    2. He can apply either with you or divorced, but not seperated.

Right, he'd have to file a waiver of the joint filing requirement once divorced.

    3. I am sure USCIS receive many complaints from disappointed spouses, unless you have real solid evidence, forget it. Not sure what credibility an affadavit from an ex would have.

I would imagine that any affidavit that corroborates the USC's own report of fraud would carry weight. One of the most difficult issues with reporting a marriage entered into solely for immigration benefit, is that often there is little in the way of clear proof. Many spouses "sense" or "suspect" but can't offer definitive evidence. At times, there are those alien buffoons that even announce that they did it to the USC spouse, but it can become a "he said/she said" situation. Having declared something to a third party however, might provide USCIS with more of a suspicion and cause overcoming it a little more daunting for the alien that has duped a USC spouse.

    4. You should be concentrating on Divorce proceedings, but you are stuck with the Affadavit of Support. By the sound of it your biggest worry would be if he sought to enforce it.

If a report of fraud is filed, and USCIS follows it up and a subsequent I-751 waiver is denied, the Affidavit falls with the status. Likewise if a permanent green card is rescinded, the same goes.

    5. If he is seeking US Citizenship, he will have to wait 5 years instead of 3.

    True.

You know Jen I think if he is in Las Vegas the odds are hes not being celibate, hire someone to take pictures may be a lil costly but then again its solid proof that it was not you he was in love with but your country. And its sure is grounds for divorce.

  7. It's too bad that a face of a man is seen by the color of his skin but his heart has to be investigated and those in charge only see his face. And you know what they say about first impressions, they are derived by the seeers own prejudice.

My fiance who happens to live in Morocco and I in Colorado, him 24 yrs old and I 40, seem to fit into the sterotypical red flag zone of immigration they get to determine how or if we really communicate, whether or not I am smart enough to see if he just wants a visa and uses me or am I so gullible to just believe what people tell me. Living the last 20 years, 10 of those in a marriage of convience right here in the United States with one of our own, a military man, and then the next 10 years dating morons from the ages of 25 to 55 has taught me that the people we meet and the relationships we have with them only fit as long as thats what you want, and not what immigration determines. Good luck to all and lets start this journey.:whistle:

  8. me and my fiancee in usa r going in this, i mean ve just started the process, and i read what that woman wrote about her friend problem, i'm sorry for that and also i'm wondering what will be for us, but i believe we have always to expect good things and never give up, nothing is impossible and when u have someone whom u love and he or she loves u too, it will be always sweet and delecious to try and try and still trying whatever obstacles the consulate will put.

  9. (Im not against older women/younger men....matters not to me. Even my ex-wife has a boy toy (9 years) and they get along great. )

HI, i see now why u use the boy toy and so on, u seem feel mad or have a bad feeling because o ur ex wife, and because she's now with her younger,so u become hate that? come on ,life is short dont hold hates

  10. " DERERT FOX said": But....My wife (then fiancee) received her visa....no problem...because we didnt have these kinds of issues. You must be in denial if you believe and any of the problems that I listed wont cause a problem. These threads are full of nothing but problems. Isnt is obvious to you yet when there are going to be red flags??? I see them every time I read of these posts. Since Im not emotionally involved, its relatively easy to see the problem. Older christian woman meets young good looking muslim while on vacation...he pays more attention to her than she has ever had in her life.....etc.....you fill in the blanks. I see it every time I go to Jamaica, and several other places that I have been. Young men that want to get out of their country and into the US.

    my reply :

hi human, u think usa is a heaven on the earth? or money come from the sky? and the ones who will be in usa will not struggle like the americans to live, and pay taxes and taxes and so much things? u seem like u hold a hate towards foreigners or u r affraid they will share the oxygen with u,not all look to go out from theirs countries to be alive,as none die by hunger, just go out and see other countries and the beauty they have , not just poverty that the past europeans caused and made the 3rd world countries after swallowing lots and leaving a bunch of thieves who still swallow, one thing u seem u enjoy using ''boy toy'' and so on,in this respected site, maybe u get used to that with ur family.if u have infos to help these people nice, if not just go to chatrooms and u 'll find people to share insults with. B)

  11. we did a mistake in the G-325A forms when my fiancee was here in morocco,so i printed again and filled those forms and sent them today,it's better to take time to correct such things if there r mistakes even if that will take time, so they wont send back and u'll have to start from the begining,i hope they wont deny ur case,u didnt write the things that u had to correct, are they names or address or dates? anyway like from what i read in here , sometimes they dont deny always even if there r some lil mistakes.

  12. Hi,i'm trying to make the fiance letter of intent following the exemple given in this site,i want to know if i have to do the same i mean all has to be in the same vertical line or leave a space from the margin in the begining of the body like we do always in writting, and also what about the size of letters, i keep the size 12 although it's small , or put a bigger one, thank you a lot
