hi guyz, i filled and submitted the DS-260 form, but i did not put the phone number of the person i want my green card to be mailed to. Is that a problem? What should i tell the consular during my visa interview.

what if i do not have any vaccinnation record. Will it be a problem?

A yellow card is document you take when ever you are going out of a country, mine was given to me on april this year when i was going to liberie from sierra leone, it is a W.H.O document. I dont know if this might help

But according to the U.S embassy in my country you must go with a vaccination record to your medical exams, i want to know what kind or type of vaccination record i must go with. Is yellow card acceptable? Thank you!

hi, guyz am a new member at this forum, and am a DV 2016 selectee from sierra leone. Please i want to know the type of vaccinnation record you need to go with to the panel physician during the time of your interview. Because according to the embassy instruction in my country, you must bring a vaccinnation record to your scheduled medical.i dont know if yellow card is acceptable. I have one.
