11/06/15 my interview was scheduled for dec9.

12/09/15 went to interview with my wife. Wasn't aproved on the spot. She needed supervisor approval. she said she was recommending us for approval.

12/22/15 uscis email update my green card order for production.

12/23/15 uscis status changes to case aproved.we mail you welcome letter

Waiting patiently on my green card.(Im getting a 10yrs green card by the way )

Received a case update yesterday. They schedule me an interview on Dec 09. Waiting for the letter to find out exact time.

Case updated: scheduled for an interview on Dec 7th... thought I would get waiver because I'm K1,but I guess not!

Well, I'll eat my words about our very long wait. Received this email today:

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On September 30, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC15xxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application. If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer Service Center.

I guess this means our interview has been waived, which makes me happy, and there isn't a 8-10 month wait for a green card.. Also this might mean the reason we haven't heard anything on the EAD/AP is because it won't be needed. Like everyone else, I share this information so that everyone can get a better understanding on how this process might work for respective cases.

Received an email last night - my EAD was approved!

Just recieved my ead combo card today in the mail!Took 4days since the update of card production.

Puffers your next! Just relax it doesn't take 90days like they say it would.at least not in my case or others who also got RFE

Congratulations! After a day or two of saying approved it changed to Card Has Been Mailed, which just happened to me today.

Got my ead/ap combo card approval yesterday sep21. Through email,said card production . Today It changed to case aproved. 53 days after they recieved my rfe

For those of you still waiting for any word on your EAD or AP, we are on day 73 and haven't heard a thing.

Im on my 81 day and still no ead or ap. Filed june9th
