On the I-864 forms. My dad is going to be a household member and fill out the I-864a to combine i guess. I am stuck on my form, Part 5. Sponsor household size. So I am sponsoring for my husband, we have a daughter who lives with me. Then my dad who is the household member. My mom lives in the same household, but I do not need to use her income to meet the requirements.

3. This section, do I add my husband or no because I have him on section 1. for the member you are sponsoring?

4. Our Daughter

5. (Blank)

6. (Blank)

7. My dad, the household member

8. So i am counting 4 members. (Me, Husband, daughter, my father)

Also, my dad filed married filing jointly with my mom. So the income on the taxes is combined and it also has my mom name on it. Do she need to fill out a form as well?

  I am filling out the I-864 form. I am trying to figure out some things. For household size, its me, my husband, our daughter (born in usa), and then I have to add my dad (lives in same household) because I did not make enough income last year. So since my dad and I have the same living address, do I just add him in the household size? So four people altogether? Do I add my dad's income amount to mine in the Part 6 #7 or no?

   I am just about to submit the I-130 visa application for cr1 for my husband. I realized that there was no tab for evidence like pictures of my husband and I together, chats or call logs and flight info. Did I miss it? But I also heard that you don’t upload this until you get to Nvc stage. So confused

if you dont mind me asking, but when is your interview date and when did your case arrive in casablanca?
