hi guys good day! im just hoping if you guy have any idea..im a former greencard holder(IR1) because i was married to a US citizen and stay in united states for 3 months with our son but things changed, it didnt work out we broke up, i decided to came back to the philippines, after 2 months she filed for divorce, i signed it and got granted, now im out from united states for 3 years, am i eligible to apply for a returning resident visa (sb1) even if were divorced? thanks any comment would be gladly appreciated..

no, i havent pay taxes during those times because it was only 3 months stay and the only connection or ties i had is i have a son there..
