Can someone advise what my income requirement is to bring my spouse from the Philippines to the USA? I most likely will be living in the USA when we start the papers but living in the Philippines when we finish the papers for both of us to come to the USA. So not sure if I should do a CR-1 or I-130. So I will need a spousal visa to the Philippines as I will live there for 9 months to a year - what type for me? Thanks. Steve
