Help what documents have you all taken to your interview in Guatemala? How have you organized them? Do you have any tips? Thanks in advance

My husband's status never changed from paid to N/A on ceac but I called on September 30 and his case was completed then I called again yesterday October 1 and they had already scheduled his interview. .. so I would say call just to make sure good luck

My husband's scan date is: September 4

Case complete: September 30

NVC scheduled his Interview on: October 1

Interview is November 30

My scan date is September 3, 2015, yet case not completed. I called yesterday and I was told to wait for 30 days. Please is there any person whose scan date is the same as mine or have later date

My scan date was September 4 i called yesterday also I was told I have to wait 30 from my scan date but I was also told they are reviewing my documents

Nvc took about a week and a half to give me my scan date... email said to give them 30 days to review documents from the day it was received..based on my past experiences its taking 2-3 weeks to review documents

Its best to send everything as similar to the original certificate, passport, photos etc...that's how I've done it

I always call right when they open 5 am mountain time or late after 7:30 pm these are the only times iv had luck

Thank you for your response. I called the NVC twice and got different answers. I was told he would not get an interview until they received police certificate. Then I was told to write a letter asking NVC to waive the Guatemala police certificate until my husband goes to Guatemala for his interview.

I wrote the letter and mailed it, will post update

Hi everyone i need help nvc is asking my husband for Guatemala police certificate however my husband is here in the US and can only obtain it in Guatemala in person... Nvc is saying they will not schedule interview date without it help please
