In general what should we submit for my wifes mother for the i130? Just a birth certificate of my wife and her mom? Passport photos? Im just a little lost

How long after naturalization do we we have to wait to petition wife’s mother via i130?

I got stuck working and now my wife has to bring my child who is 2 years old. Would they let her bring our child in for the interview/civics test?

My wife is a permanent Resident and we are confused. Is a permanent Resident resident able to file a i130 to petition to bring her mother here?

My wife is scheduled to take the civics test in a couple of weeks, we are just confused what version will she take? She applied in January of this year and dont know which one she will take. Any help?

im trying to figure out the biometric fee, i know i need 85$ for my wife biometric fee, but our child was born here in US, do we need to add him to the biometric fee as well? US born?

are Affidavits really necessary? 

My wifes green card expires in 60 days from today? Are we in the danger zone? I do plan to send it in, im just not rushing, but what is the danger zone for being too late before they reject it?

Do we need passport like photos for i751? 

I currently have three travels receipts, photos covering our journey from adjustment of status to now(such as our son birth certificate, meetings with my family, some vacation photos), i also included our joint tax transcript, we really dont have any joint accounts per say, im just looking for some other ideas what to include in our i751.

May I ask where it says they cancel the ead? I believe you I just want to read about it

So if she don't have ssn number how do we get one? Go to ss office? In the ead we requested them to create a number for her, so if it's cancelled we gotta go to ss office?

How long does the ead take? I submitted mine with our adjustment of status August 3rd she got approved for her two year green card yet nothing from the ead application? How long does it usually take for ead to get approved? Ours is at the national benefits center and they did my wife's biometrics too

We just had our i485 marriage interview and the lady didn't approve or deny our case and stuff will be in mail soon. Should we be ok?

Me and my wife have our k1 marriage i485 interview in Boston this Tuesday! We just a little nervous because they scheduled is within 2 months for our marriage interview! What is the interview like? What questions they ask us?

I heard not all aos applicants are selected for interviews. If I was selected for an interview does that mean I had a weak case when I sent in my aos marriage case to USCIS?

our interview is in two weeks and we are just trying to figure out what to copy. I have my wifes birth certificate will a copy of that work? and should i make another copy of her whole entire passport again?

Where could the i485 aos interview be taken place for me and my wife? during our biometrics we had to go to rhode island, but could they send us to the one in Boston for the interview or could it be in another state?

 me and my wife are trying to figure out what to bring to our AOS interview. They say to bring joint account stuff for some sites i read, but we dont have any joint stuff because my wife dosent have a SSN number yet(we applied for one on the i765 for the ssa to do it without going to the office). Anyone got any ideas what we should bring? I say wedding photos but i think i will need more?

I just filed my AOS with my wife for k1, and the USCIS already says the case is ready to be scheduled for an interview after a month. How long is the wait for them to send out a date for the interview? am i almost done with the adjustment of status at this point?

What happens if you get fired while your adjustment of status is pending after getting married? Can theyd deport your spouse?

How long does it take to get the first noa1 text for the AOS when the uscis gets the aos packet?

Im wondering how did you send your adjustment of status in and all of the documents. What i mean how did you package it and send it in? Did you send it in a binder(like how i might), and seperate the forms in there own tabs(i485, ead, etc in there own tabs), or just send them in folders?

Can i take a picture of my wife and print it on a standard 2 2x2 photo print outs on plain photo for the adjustment of status, or should i just go to the drug store and do it?
