Hello everyone case received October 2nd, no case number Yet though, they said up to 42 days for case number but at least it's moving along.

I was trying to call allday yesterday, but it kept saying all the associates were busy and then it wpuld hang up on me. I did send an i quiry via email through the website... Hopefully that gets us somewhere...

Wanna hear something CRAZY?? so we sent in our I130 on april 15th. We got the first NOA. I havent heard ANYTHING since then. So today, i happen to call the uscis because I am on a quick visit to the us and figured id try. Turns out our application was APPROVED on may 19th!!!! Only one mobth after we sent it in!! But the part that gets me, is WE GOT NO NOTIFICATIONS AT ALL!!! I am furious about this. My husband could be here with me right now..... Has anyone ever had this sort of problem???? And we didn't move or anything!! Same address in CZ.....

That's crazy you need to call nvc asap, they probably already have your case number

Anything yet from NVC for you? We have grinding to a halt. Waiting for them to invoice the IV. But we are kinda not in too much of a hurry, since I'm going home next month.

No and I've been calling about twice a week, I called last night and they don't have it yet.

No it went to California and then approved

Just FYI I never got an email saying that my case was transferred to NVC. So don't always expect to get one. You should just keep calling to see if they got your case.

My PD is April 6th, my I-130 was approved Sep 10, and I just received an email from USCIS saying they sent my case to the Department of State. Hope that helps anyone who is still waiting to be notified that they case has been sent for visa processing.

I was approved eight days ago, and nothing yet, heard it could take up to 30 days for them to transfer it

Yes I'm still waiting for case to be sent to nvc I called yesterday and they haven't gotten it yet. So I'm waiting until next Monday to call again.I'm calling once a week.

Priority date was Apr 27 and got approved yesterday.

Hi,got approved 15th.Has ur status changed on USCIS website?Are you gonna call NVC before ur status changes?I am confused.I don't know if i should call NVC or i should wait to hear from USCIS that my case has been sent to NVC.

My case still says approved I'm just going to start calling because when.I didn't with my son I never got a notification saying my case was sent to the department of state. Even to this day it was never updated and my son has his green card now

Nope! It just says approved. Just know it takes a lot of tries to get through to NVC. Keep hitting redial. Also they'll tell you 30 days, but it's really more like 7 days or so.

My status has not changed since Aug 25 when the case was transferred. I did not get a notice that it was received. I just got a text message on my phone this

morning that my case has been updated quote "Your case ******** is now updated. Check my case status at www.uscis.gov" and no update on the website.

I was transferred in August 25th from vsc to csc and I was approved on Monday

Yes visas transferred on August 25 from Vermont to California and approved yesterday but just got the notification today

OMG, I just got an email from USCIS 30 seconds ago. I got approved, PD April. 17. Thanks God. Hope for those who are waiting will get approved soon!
