It can be done. You should go to the waivers forum. Nobody here knows much about it except Mrs. P. and she is still fighting the fight. I know it can be done for " spouses ". I think it may be more trouble for other family members.
I need a link to Mrs.P. Could you please, do the honors ? Thanks-a-buncha.

Are there any success stories concerning USCs getting a permanent ban lifted off of a spouse or family member as far as immigration goes in order to have your spouse or family member reunited with you?
Can I please, hear it? My husband and I are in serious need of renewed hope and would greatly appreciate any encouragement on this topic.
Thank You .

Is having no waivers available the same as a permanent ban?

Does approval of I-129F petition guarantee approval of K-3 visa even if a criminal record exists and there’s a history of drug use and deportation?
My husband’s lawyer has told us that K-3 visas do not require waivers filed and granted and I would like to make sure I understood correctly.

If you have a genuine marriage you don't need to worry about them denying you a greencard... but before you can get one you have to have a visa to get into the US.
The reason I'm worrying about them denying me a greencard is because of this:
This is my case:
Warning to Alien Ordered Removed or Deported
In accordance with the provisions of section 212(a)(9) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (Act), you are prohibited from entering, attempting to enter, or being in the United States:
At any time because you have been found inadmissible or excludable under section 212 of the Act, or deportable under section 241 or 237 of the Act, and ordered deported or removed from the United States, and you have been convicted or a crime designated as an aggravated felony.
AND
That was a little over a year ago, my then-boyfriend who’s a USC came to my country after I got deported and married me 10 months ago.
Does having a genuine marriage still apply in this case when it comes to obtaining my Green Card?

I suggest that you and your husband
They will explain how he can petition for you to come to the States as his spouse, and the end result for you will be an immigrant visa. When that visa is activated at a POE, you will get a green card that allows you to reside and work in the States.
Buena suerte!
Thank You.
if your husband is an american citizen and living in the usa and thats why u want to live here then he should get you a k-3 visa which is the one for spouse i dont know much about it but there is a forum specific for that, one you get your visa and live here with him then u can apply for adjusment of status ok and yes you will be authorized to work once you apply for your permision to work EAD or if you wait till you are granted your green card at the end of adjustment of status you can workget into the k3 forum and search for more info there ok
Thank You.

• Can I reside and work in the US with an Immigrant Visa if I’m denied a Green Card? If I’m denied a Green Card will my Immigrant Visa be revoked? Does an Immigramt Visa require renewel and if yes, how often?
you need to provide more info in order to get advice from us, what kind of visa do u have? tourist visa does not authorize you to work in usa
u need to give us a background of your status
I don't have an Immigrant Visa as of yet, I'm simply preparing myself. What type of Immigrant Visas are there?
Is your purpose "to visit" or is your purpose "to work?"My purpose is to immigrate and live with my husband, although I would enjoy being able to work if I'm only allowed to visit. I enjoy working and would like to work during my visits if visiting is my only option.

Waht does it mean if I have no waiver available and my husband's and my lawyer continues to insist that the possibility exists that I may enter the US again because my husband is a USC?
I am awfully confused.
