It was a mistake, my cousin is male and he wants to petition his mother. His father is a us citizen too but, but he and my cousin mother were never married.

My cousin is studying abroad, he is in college. The issue here is that he moved out of the US when he was 5, and have been living all this time somewhere else

I need information on this topic. My cousin is a US citizen and wants to file a Form I-130 to bring her mother to live in the US. My cousin lives and has lived abroad his whole life, can he still file the petition for her mother? If so, how do we start the process? what forms and documents we need to send to USCIS to start the process?

I don't know if this question has been asked before. A family member is going to file Form I-130 to bring her minor child. When I checked uscis webpage they say that she has to send them the form and proof of the relationship (birth certificates). I just need to know, does she needs to send any other form with this one? or will uscis request any other forms( such as affidavit of support, etc) later?

Did everyone send a copy of their 2015 Taxes? My husband requested an extension, and when we filed the I-751 we hadn't filed them. I am pretty sure they are going to send me a RFE. Should I send the taxes now or wait for them to request them?

I am a US citizen, and I filed a petition for immigrant visa for my mother and father. I am currently a graduated student and do not work. My cousin is going to be a serve a sponsor for the petition.

I received a letter from USCIS, requesting financial documents and supporting documents. Should I fill out an affidavit of support and should my cousin fill out another? or should only my cousin fill it out?
