Hi, my advice is to call NVC, first to ask them if they received your case.. and if so, how long will it take them for a case #, most likely they will tell you an exaggerated time frame like up to 4 weeks, which is a lie! The time it takes is around a week to get your case # from the date they receive your case. But please go ahead and start calling now!!

Sept 16 2015 USCIS already sent our approved I-130 another improvement guys

Case approved last sept 3, 2015. My husband recieved our Notice of approval sept. 15 2015 And the letter indicated that USCIS already sent our approved I-130 to the NVC. How can i get my case number? Do i have to call them or mail them? Or they will mail me some papers?? Advice pls. Thank you guys

PD Is aug. 12, 2015 and now Sept. 3,2015 our case is now APPROVED 22 days after we recieved our NOA1. And now we are waiting for our NOA2 hard cooy so blessed the best birthday gift for me from god.

My husband filed i-130 for me and for my step daughter. And now they request for the RFE for the child. Do you guys any idea of what kind of evidence do they need. Do they request for DNA testing?
