Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed
I want to thanks everyone, it was a quite long terrifying journey. I have learned lot of useful information from visajourney, which helped me lot. Also I heard lot of horror story from few people which made me worried too. But in the end I got my citizenship after 3 years and 4 months. I wish good luck to all and please don't stress yourself, if you provide true information there is nothing to worry about. I filled my all application myself, no attorney, my I-751 application was only about 30 Pages (tax returns, car loan, joint bank accounts, health insurance, 2 affidavit etc). I added only 1 tax return and house deed with naturalization application.

Visa - 11/10/2015
US Entry - 12/12/2015
I-751 - 09/16/2017

Just change my I-751 status to New Card is being Produced.
My case was transferred to NBC on December 2018. -

I had my combo interview yesterday at West Palm Beach, Florida. IO was very friendly. At the beginning of the interview IO told me she can't approve my N-400 today because my i-751 is pending at California office and she doesn't have access to that office. If I pass the interview then she will sent instruction to California to adjust my i-751 and once my i-751 adjusted, I will get my oath letter within a month.
Then she asked very simple question about our marriage, look at the some pictures and new papers. Then she started civic and English test - ask only three civic questions, told me to read and write one sentence. After that she handed me N-652 (Naturalization Interview Result) with checked two options - 1) You Passed the test of English and US History and Government. 2) A decision cannot yet be made about your application.
I was expecting a direct approval, don't know how long I have to wait

conclusion : because i apply for n 400 while i 751 pending my journey will get long than those who didnt apply (i dont know really what just happend here even i heard a lot case the reverse just happend )
Don't feel bad, not all the officers know everything. The wait time for i751 (CSC) is 18 - 24 months, even you have not applied for n400. If the office is right then in worst situation you may need additional 2-3 months to complete both the application.
That's 2 to 3 months more for i751 but 11 to 12 months less for n400. Think Positive

Did biometrics today on scheduled time. Completion time reduced from 12 to 10 months. Case status not chaged yet. When should I expect an update in case status?

I'm wondering if anybody has experienced the same thing (Lagging online account/Online letter comes way slower than the physical letter)? And is it an issue that I should worry about?

Usually it will be uploaded within 1-2 days. Everyone gets the letter online first, then receive in mail. I receive the paper copy in mail last week but still not uploaded in online. Looks like they forgot to upload sometime.

Applied online yesterday under 3yr rule with pending i751. Got a 13 month estimated time. Florida.

Hopefully health insurance system will recover soon, and we'll again able to get premium plans like for $70/month - for a single, and for about $300/month for a family of 2 (this one is for a one senior and a one young person, information is from my family members), as it was a few years ago. It's really affordable isn't it ? Long story short, don't brake the law, and pretty soon you will be citizen . Guys, really, stop spreading panic
I can give u one reason why GC-holders would apply for any benefits for citizen family members. I am a GC holder, I got health insurance from work but my us citizens spouse still studying. So I had to apply for her health insurance in marketplace (obamacare).
Also, yes I do remember affidavit of support, it doesn't say using public benefits is illegal. AOS condition is - If the immigrant use any kind means-tested public benefits then the SPONSOR has to give the money back. And the means-tested public benefits are the following:
- Food stamps
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Medicaid
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- State Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) was never a part of means-tested public benefit. So by taking Obamacare we did not broke any law. He is braking the law by misuse of power.

I did not want to use Obamacare as well as I did not want any health insurance. Government told me - If I don't use Obamacare, I have to pay penalty for not having health insurance. First it forced me to take Obamacare and now telling me I can't apply for citizenship because I used Obamacare. Feeling like a circus monkey.
Well bad news is - president will use executive order so, it doesn't need congressional approval. This plan will not only affect the citizenship but also the ROC (Trump administration plans to make it all but impossible for legal immigrants to become citizens or permanent residents if they have ever relied on government programs such as the Affordable Care Act).
And the good news is - There are 20 million people will be affected and because lot of people will be affected there will be more pressure from the community. Like before there will be lots of law suits and restraining orders will be issued against it which is good enough to halt the executive order for as max as 3 to 6 months (Last travel ban took 5 month). I hope president will also reduce the restriction like he did with the travel ban. And last not the least - after going through few media and press release, it seems like they are not going to completely block the application instead they will put this people (who use federal help etc) back in the queue, means it will take longer time than now. Still we can become citizen but have to wait more time (from my prediction max 1 year more).
I know how bad is the waiting game, but we have deal with this patiently. Please do not worry and prepare yourself to wait more, everything will be fine. -
Same with me - "Case was received at my local office" - "On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence....." What does it meat? interview? Please share, who also got this.

Yes. I applied for passport today, right after the ceremony. I made an appointment at post office and took passport picture earlier.
