    Can I file I-130 while I-485 is on hold?

    I came here with K1 visa August 20, 2014 but I and my fiance didn't marry with-in 90 days. We just got married last March 5, 2015. July 9, we filed I-485 together with AP and EAD, July 25 we received RFE letter stating that we cannot use I-129F form as a basis for Adjusting my status (because we did not get marry with the said 90 days upon my arrival).

    Now my question is anyone here experienced the same situation I am dealing with? I will appreciate all your answer.
