Do you really need help on this? Seriously ? Yer husband should be able to handle most within 48 hours utilizing a pc and a credit card.

Hello here! We have the same case and im so confuse now as time is running so fast i only have 5 months left. What step did you do? I need help too. I have a couple questions that make me so confuse, Do i need to wait to be AOS adjusted/approved before i can start my childs k2? And... Do i need to submit forms here in US to let them know that i want to get my child now and if so, what form? My AOS is still on process. Thank you

Does it mean i dont need to wait for my AOS to approved?
Here is the exact email i received from Hongkong embassy:
The Department of Homeland &Security and the department have agreed that the child of a k1 principal alien may be accorded k2 status if following ro you the principal alien in the US even after the principal alien has married the US citizen fiance, and acquired lawful permanent resident(LPR) status. However, the cutoff date for issuance of a k2 visa is one year from the date of issuance of the k1 visa to the principal alien. After one year, and provided that the alin qualifies, the filing of an immediate relatives or second petition would be required.
Please provide your childs' full name, date of bith, present address, telephone number in philippines. As soon as we have received the necessary information from you, we will transfer your case issued record to the American Embassy in Manila. Please include your case number.
Sincerely,
VIU

Hello again Darnel! I did follow your suggestion, im glad that it helps me. I did email manila embassy and also Hongkong embassy, HK embassy emailed me that my child(k2) is still accorded to my petition (k1) and they ask me my childs' information. But the email says that i should be already married with my US citizen petitioner and Should be adjusted my Lawful permanent residece. And the cutoff date of issuance of her k2 visa must a a year from the day they release my k1 visa.
My application of Adjustment of Status for permanent residence is still on process, im done with biometrics and now waiting for interview, i wonder if how long for me to wait to approved my AOS so i can able to start my child k2 process, knowing that i only have 6 months left from the day i got my k1 visa

Thank you for the response Darnell.
Me and my husband are really confused. One more thing that make us confuse was the scinario, heres my visa journey... I process my papers k1 visa in Hongkong and my daughter was included in that petition but i decided to het her later because shes living in philippines and i was working in hongkong. This morning i check my daughter visa status was still the same "Ready", which is i want to transfer in Manila Philippines embassy. My second problem is, what is the first step we need to do and what paper should be filled up and submit to USCIS.

I came here by k1, and according to what i have read is it must not be beyond 1 year from the day they grant me my k1visa, i want to bring my daughter here by k2
usually there's a uscitizen floating around somewhere, a spouse,
that files the petition for that follow to join case ..
or
you came in on K-1 ? you got a k-2 you wanna bring in ? That's easy, just pay visa fee, file ds-160, set up other account in urtraveldocs.com/ph and get scheduled.
what visa you come into usa in, and is there a usa citizen spouse by yer side ?
is very rare an I-824 is needed for a k-2 visa chaser. why do you think an I-824 is needed, or on what basis do you feel it's necessary ?
