Still processing my case

Im from cairo

I havent seen my family since 2 years

And i dont know how long it will take yet since there's no reply for almost a year now

Yes i had my biometric done and i have my one year extension

I already went to the uscis office last friday and the guy told me that they still processing ur case

Here some info about my case

I751 remove condition joint perition without a spouse sign

We had problems together before i applied for it and he refused to sign

Im officialy divorced but in egypt but here in cali, we just filed for divorce last march so all i sent to the uscis was my egyptian divorce decree, affidavits from friends and neighbors, pics for me and him together, some papers shows we have something joint but not as much as they need from me

i have my attorney but i guess he is not honest to me because i was planning to visit my family in egypt next week cuz its been too long since i saw them last

I asked him if the uscis denied my cas3 while im abroad, would i be able to come back and he said yes go dont worry and have fun with ur family

When i asked the uscis guy he said no you will have no status to enter the usa again so if i went i wont come back which means my lawyer is trying to get rid of me

I dont know what to do now actually

I canceled my ticket and still dont know when they will make a decision on my case

Did you have your Biometrics done? Did you receive your 1 year letter of extension? Have you called USCIS to see what the status is of your case? If not, call them and ask to be transferred to a Tier 2 officer. The person who answers the phone will not be able to give you any specifics about your case or any information other than if it's processing and that they have received it.

Once you update us with this information then we can offer more assistance or input if possible.

I never got a decision on my case for i751 and im a november 2014 filers

Is there anyone has the same issue here ??
