  1. Im going to contact a lawyer tomorrow and see what he says.. I really dont have more then what I already sent. Any suggestions anyone?

    Well, I sent old bills, old bank statement and all our taxes since we get married.. I thought they will require more evidence, but it was okay... Just send em basic things.. Plus a lawyer is no needed... I filled everything by myself.. PS we don't have current bank account cuz we closed it.

  2. This is kind of crazy, 1st off. I get my transfer letter saying that my case was transferred to CSC, today I received my approval letter which says that my case was approved by my local office at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY......

    Anyways I'm very happy cuz I get approved.... I just wanted to share this, so you know that your cases probably really are at ur local office ... Blessings... ???

  3. Approved!!! I got the email at 8:07pm ... Only God can knows how thankful I am...

    Filed 01/08/15. Bio: 03/09/15 Transferred: 08/18/15 Approved: 09/02/15 ???????????? "HOY SE BEBE"

    Good luck fella.

  4. Hi all, haven't been active for a long time here on Visa Journey, but also a January 2015 filer and playing the waiting game as well :-) I tried to find the right timeline to update on the general VisaJourney timeline but I'm not seeing the I-751 or service centers when I click on add/edit timeline. Any tips?

    Here is where we are:

    Date of I-751 = 01-09-2015

    NOA Date = 01-14-2015

    Biometrics = 03-10-2015

    Approved = N/A

    **We received the one year extension letter from January 12, 2015 to January 12, 2016.

    **We received the I89 Approved removal of conditions transfer letter on September 1, 2015 with a notice date of August 17, 2015. The letter says the case has been transferred to California Service Center, but the online status says transferred to the local office (We live in DC so that wouldn't be California...)

    Here is the current online status from USCIS.gov:

    Case Was Received At My Local Office

    On August 24, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC1507050641, at your local office.

    As long as you received the letter saying that was transferred to CSC is okay. Plus, all transfers says local office when you go online. So don't worry. Just sit tight. ??
