Hi all, haven't been active for a long time here on Visa Journey, but also a January 2015 filer and playing the waiting game as well :-) I tried to find the right timeline to update on the general VisaJourney timeline but I'm not seeing the I-751 or service centers when I click on add/edit timeline. Any tips?
Here is where we are:
Date of I-751 = 01-09-2015
NOA Date = 01-14-2015
Biometrics = 03-10-2015
Approved = N/A
**We received the one year extension letter from January 12, 2015 to January 12, 2016.
**We received the I89 Approved removal of conditions transfer letter on September 1, 2015 with a notice date of August 17, 2015. The letter says the case has been transferred to California Service Center, but the online status says transferred to the local office (We live in DC so that wouldn't be California...)
Here is the current online status from USCIS.gov:
Case Was Received At My Local Office
On August 24, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC1507050641, at your local office.
As long as you received the letter saying that was transferred to CSC is okay. Plus, all transfers says local office when you go online. So don't worry. Just sit tight. ??

Lets make it happen. ????

Do they update status if they have sent an RFE?
It changes to Resquest for Evidence.
-
I just checked our status online and it looks like we've been approved: "On August 31, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number ..."
Seems like we're getting some movement, good luck everyone!
Cheers,
Matt
Hey Congratss...... So let's expect at least a 25% of us will move forward this week.. ???

Yes!!
Does it say APPROVED at the top?
Yes!!
-
I received the letter by mail today, and it states the following: transferred to CSC.. We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case, the office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.
is it normal?
it doesn't say overloaded or backed up...
Mine says the same thing..
-
Yea hopefully lol. Does everyone has that on their notice?
Yes, I do. I got the same letter, with the same sentence in the bottom. ( I JUST GOT MY TRANSFERRED LETTER )
-
Still no letter here too... I am just going to apply for naturalization in January 90 days before the 3 year mark of GC and get it over with. Not sure why is it taking so long. I know they have a huge workload, perhaps they should hire new personnel. Oh wait, to get hired to the federal gov it takes months!
Even December fillers are awaiting yet.
-
I wish!!!! Thats not the case :/
I dont know if the fact that I didn't get the letter is a good thing or a bad thing.
I haven't received any letter yet either.
-
It continues to say the same thing. .. Any change in your status you see?
Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
On August 17, 2015, we transferred your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Please tell me that your status has changed to Card production ordered
Mine said the same thing for a day, but next day it changed to:

USCIS update their website every 15th in the month.. Actually they're showing Nov 1, so I guess we still have 2 months in front of us..
