What's the current time line? 3-6months?

Okay so long story cut short. My fiancé works in the USAF stationed here in the uk. We are in the process of getting the medical done on the base before we can be approved marriage. once married we are going to go through the DCF route with the I-130. He leaves in Novemeber and we only have 8 weeks. Can they expedite it at all so he will be here for the interviews? Or can he do his own where he's next being stationed. We can do the fiance visa route as it would mean over a year apart and by the time i would join him he would be going in for deployment so then nearly 2 years apart.

Any advice on personal experience or timings would be much appreciated kinda pulling hair out here. So much stress!!

Oh and whats the deal when entering the states can i work as soon as i get there ?

We are both in England now thank you! That's a lot of help hopefully a few more will chime in like you said and we can get the process going quickly

Me and my fiancé (in the USAF stationed in England) have just printed off the k1 forms. We are very confused as to what address to put as his as he is here in the UK but will be going back in November and also doesn't know where to or his address for where he is going. We want to file now so I won't have to wait long before joining him.

Can anyone help? Have phones the embassy, national visa centre, been to everyone on base with no help.

I want to do the k1 visa my fiancé is in the usaf and is pcs-ing in 3 months. What address do you up on the forms? We have been to legal, then was sent to 2 other places on the base before being told to contact the embassy which also wasn't any help. What would the quickest rout for me to join him be? I also have a friend going through the same thing but her fiancé does Pcs till February. Thank you
