its possible, though unlikely, that they misplaced your application. In such a case, you need to keep evidence of their receipt safe since you will need this to file again after expiry-if you will need to. has the cheque been cashed?
No the check hasn't been cashed yet.

am worried as my green card expires in a week

yes it shows it was delivered on the 4th and it was signed for too. Should I resend my I751 package?

Hello everyone,
I mailed out the I751 on sept 2nd, it was received and signed for on Sep. 4th. I haven't received my NOA yet and my green card expires in a week. I don't know what to do? Will it be a problem if I haven't received my NOA before my green card expires?
Please help. Really worried.
Also how do I go about renewing my Drivers License after getting the NOA?

I have the same question. Do we or do we not list children born here in the U.S? Please help.

Are affidavits a must? We have a lot of other evidence but haven't made any affidavits

We havent filed taxes because our parents are supporting us. Do we need to mention this in the application?
We have a lot of other stuff together like leases and bank accounts. Please help.

@ Happy Chic, is it necessary to state why we haven't filed taxes? Also we don't have the rest of the things like health insurance that you have suggested?
Another question I had was-is it ok that i will be making POAs just before submitting?
@Pitaya, thank you for your reply.
Really appreciate if I could get some more replies.

Hello everyone,
Will be filing I751 in a few days and would like to get you guys input to see if this is sufficient?
1. cover letter
2. copy of residency card (front and back)
3. birth certificate of our baby born a few months ago.
4. Residential Lease in both our names spanning the last 2 years.
5. Drivers license with the same address for both of us
6. dental insurance with both our names
7. mail addressed to both of us showing the same address
8. Affidavits (two in total - from family)
9. Pics showing us in a number of US cities and the birth of our baby
Additionally,we will be making these for both of us
-POA
-Health power of attorney
We haven't filed taxes, because my husband is still in school and my in laws are supporting us.
We have 2 joint bank accounts but there hasn't been too much activity on it as we have primarily been using my husbands credit card which is in his name only.
There IS one joint bank account that we have been using for the last 7 months. should i include those statements?
We have 2 joint bank accounts but there hasn't been too much activity on it as we have primarily been using my husbands credit card which is in his name only. Since we moved in the last seven months, we have been using one of the joint bank account that shows rental and utility bill payments and heath insurance payments. Prior to this we didn't have any of the utilities in either of our names, as they were included by the landlord. Since our move, we have internet bill, gas&water bill from the same company. Only the internet company was able to put both names, so in the last 3 months we were able to get both our names to show. otherwise the utilities are rest in my husband's name.
How does this look?
Am worried that this might be too little evidence.
