Alright, still having a bit of a problem with filling out those pesky forms here.

* Since my spouse entered on an I94W, what do I fill in regarding the questions on nonimmigrant class for the I-485 processing sheet? ("Your current nonimmigrant class, if any", "Nonimmigrant class (B-2, K-1, F-1, etc)")

* What do I put for "nonimmigrant status" on the I-102 (The folks at USCIS told me that I should send the I-130, I-485, and I-102 in one go to save time)?

* Also, what does "place of last admission" mean? Also, since the I94W's missing, I'm not entirely sure if I should just leave the question blank or not. However, I remember the date of entry and the expiration.

My husband lost his I-94W. Right now, we're applying the adjustment of status forms and we're not sure what to do about the I-94 questions. We've been married since early March and his I-94W has expired for over a month (late Feb.). Is there someone I can call or write to get a new copy?
