I was supposed to get mine by Dec 21 but I haven’t got it and it’s almost jan 21

We have to go to DMV to get an answer to that since she didnt know the answer aswell.

The lady said you can still work while you have applied for the removal and she asked me to get an Infopass appointment to the Field office so that they can stamp it in the passport

Mine is already expired but they said the notice basically states that your green card is extended for 18 months. 

Hi, I am going through the same rn. I submitted my I751 on Nov 21 and I got a text message with the case # saying that I will be getting my receipt notice by Dec 21 but I havent gotten anything yet. I gave them a call and they said they have opened an enquiry and all I can do is wait. The enquiry has been started since Jan 2 but I havent heard anything yet. Did you call the USCIS ?

I have my inteview coming Friday and the interview notce said I need to have medical examination if not done and sent before. I have my medical exam done before entering USA when I went for my K1 visa interview. Do I need to do it again?

I got my RFE on Oct 3 and they received the response on Oct 5. So how many days do I have to wait to file my request?

How many days will it take for Advance Parole?

Does RFE affect Advanced Parole?

Did your status change online?? Or it just said "Case was recieved"?

I have applied for my EAD and AP and got my NOA for all three of them on August 11. When I heck my case status, it just says Case was received and it has not changed since that. After how long does it take for the status to change and after how long will the AP be approved? Biometrics were done on September 9.

I have got the packet 3 and it does not say when should I have my medical done. It says closer to interview but I don't have the interview date yet. I have collected all the documents that they required and I am sending back the checklist to them but I don't know what to do with the medical and from where to get the medical date?? Please advise.

My case # says Vancouver and the status says "Your case is ready for you to schedule an interview at the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal. " Is it going to be Vancouver or Montreal?? Their is no interview scheduled yet..

What should I do next?? I did not get any letter yet?? What forms should I collect and fill??

I am going to Vancouver embassy

I got my case # yesterday and when I checked the status on the website, it says at NVC. Shouldn't it be forwarded to Embassy?

My NOA2 got approved on 21September and I called last week and they said they don't have in the system yet. I called NVC today and the person answered said that the case just got entered in the system today and he gave me the case# and invoice #..

I got my NOA2 Case approved on September 21 and I got the letter of approval on September 27. I called National Visa Centre today to enquire about my case and they said they haven’t got my Case yet. How much time does it take from USCIS to forward to NVC and further how much time does the NVC take to forward it to embassy?

I checked the status of my petition online and it said- Case was approved and that my fiancé will be getting the approval notice.
