Teddy how long is your case put on AP? If it is over 60 days and still get nothing new from them . Please try to contact them and ask as soon as possible . Dont keep it longer
We recently had the same problem. We never received a packet 3 or 4. So I emailed the consular in Lagos and was sent a packet three via email. Basically, you assemble you evidence, apply online for a DS-160 (did that 3-4 days ago), pay your visa fees (265USD or ~51,700NGN) at GT bank, then go online and schedule the appointment at the appointment website. If they send you the packet via email, it will include where and how to get the medical done and how to get a police certificate. We called the childrens practice because it is very close to the police certificate place. The children's practice is about 55000NGN including the vaccinations. The first visit, however, is 16000NGN. The vaccines are given on the second visit. From researching, I haven't called and neither has my fiance, i think the police certificate is about 5000NGN. Hope that helps.
