I need a piece of an advice regarding at my fiancé BC issue.. I am coming in December this year in Philippines to meet my fiancé and start to get a K1 visa. Our concern is her middle name (De vega) but on her NSO BC is VEGA without DE. Because according to her in Philippines they use the mothers maiden name as their middle name.. But on her BC her mothers maiden name is in correct DE VEGA. And since the day she got her NSO BC she starts to followed what's written there and leave as the way it is. She even registered in comelec used that middle vega. Does USCIS pay attention and need the mothers maiden name?
Do you guys think I would get a problem getting K1 visa base on her BC? Should she leave as that way and follow when she getting K1 requirements and passport even though Her middle name is vega while on her mothers is de vega on her BC. It'll be my pleasure to hear your answers.. Thanks and more power!
Will middle-name discrepancy hamper I-129F process? [split topic]
