We got the Card Production Ordered email today!!! We are now in the blue list!!! Alright!!!! :dance:

Movin' on up to the approved list....We are DONE for a hot minute!!!!

OH YEAH!!! Got those two sweet emails stating CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED! :dance:

We got our AP approved and the EAD touched on the same day. No touching of the EAD since the 21st though...

Got our Travel Document approved today with a touch on the EAD as well. Any day now....

See I have an NOA1 for January 9th and after reviewing all the other folks timeline for getting EADs, Im not expecting anything until the end of march or early April. This is around the 90 day mark.

If its possible, you can add us to the list. We got transferred to CSC on the 2nd of Feburary, hopefully it will go quick for us

Well it seems like it was such a long journey. My love is doing her interview today at 10am in Vancouver, Canada. We started this crazy journey in March and now are ready to basically seal the deal. Im excited and nervous at the same time waiting for that phone call at 11:00 that says, "Babe, we got the VISA!!!!!" Wish us luck everyone!!! I'll update you all tonight!!

Yeah we're 7/12 RFE so I hope they are sending out batch approvals tomorrow. Lets all pray!!

Touched today! Maybe something is about to happen with us but we have an RFE received date of July 12th so Im not sure why we got touched based on the idea that they are going by RFE received date. Hmmm, who knows, I sure dont but it kind of feels good to get some attention again from CSC!!!

I wanted to reply becuase I totally understand what you went through today. We are pretty much on the same timeline, March 6th NOA1, transferred to CSC, IMBRA RFE, and everything. My fiance is from Canada as well and she will be coming down to Texas to visit me in a week. I always get nervous about the border crossing. So congrats on getting to see your fiance, I know how it feels to sit and wait for the damn paperwork and do the visit thing. Good luck to both of us

So I just recieved another 5 emails from USCIS and CRIS stating that they received my I129F petition. And my case status has been updated as of today. Now the weird thing is that I submitted my application on

March 10th , 2006. Got transferred to CSC and now they are saying they recieved it. They never say CSC receieved it they just say they recieved it. Who knows with these folks, huh? Anyway, cool news, maybe something is happening!! Lets see how many others get these emails!!! Good luck all!!!

Hello all, we got the same email today!! Again I about had a heart attack when I saw the email. Then when I read it...anger, hope, sadness, scared all overwhelmed me. We are in Chicago and read all the rules over a thousand times to make sure we did everything right, Nebraska was were it was supposed to GO!!!.

So its now in California, this is so frustrating I can't believe it. When people try to do things legally in this country it seems you ge the short end of the stick. So no one knows what this really means at this point, huh? I guess its back to the same old same old waiting game.....aww man.....

Hello all, this is such a great site and its so great that it tends to spook myself and my fiance when we hear of problems others have run into. We are afraid we may not have given the best proof that we had been together within the prior two years of filing the petition. (I read that that is one of the main reasons people get the RFE's). So we decided to pull together, emails, boarding passes, bank info, and cruise sailing info (we met on a cruise). We were wondering though if it is advisable to send it in now while we are waiting for the NOA2 with the recipt number and great explainations or just wait and see if the RFE even shows up? All we sent with the original applicaton was about 5 pictures of us together withthe dates on them. Thank you all in advance for your help and advice.

Yeah, they are doing Feb applications now. I hope they get to the March ones soon!!! This is killing me!!!

Can you tell us how you know that NCS is onto the feburary petitions? Last I checked (today) online it said NCS was up to January 3rd applications. Thanks a lot.
