Hi everyone, same thing happened to me case was transferred on 26 February. And now it says case  received at a local office on march 5th. Also, it says that your case under officer review??!! Also i checked june 2017 thread and same thing happened to them. Im really confused

Today I logged in again. It still says the same for my second (CR189) number.

However, today I was able to log in with my first number as well (the I751). It says.
On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? What is the difference between the two application numbers anyways? What does it mean that they moved my case to the local office?

Also, has any of you traveled international while waiting with the extension letter? What are your experiences

We understand that you miss your family which is why the easiest, fastest, and simplest solution is for you to visit them. Especially since your father just had brain surgery.

I posted here to get help from people who have been in the same situation .and i mentioned Morocco so i can get respectful and useful information. If i can’t go i have my own reasons which you should respect. And i believe this form is made to help others in different situations no matter what. Also if i read something and i feel like i can help with any useful advice if not i would be more respectful to the others and not say whatever. Please

19 year old can be self supporting / is not a good reason to return to Morocco

only way sister could get here is a possible treatment by one of our doctors with treatment not available in Morocco but you need to afford this

They want to apply in June or July not now. And leaving 19 year old in Morocco is not like USA he can’t support him self. My sister have a really good doctor she is not in need of any other doctor help. And yes they can afford it brain doctors and surgeries are not cheap in Morocco. Because they wanted to come for a visit i miss them and they do too. They have no interest for overstaying. Mom and sister can’ Stay more than two months. And it will be too much for mom. I read a lot of posts and every post is different, and when i decided to post i was just looking for information and thank you all

Thank you all for replying. My mother doesn’t have account but she does have cash very decent cash. Also she owns lands with her siblings. When it comes to bank account my father does have bank account, if he is the one supporting them is it possible to rely on his? And my mom can show that she owns lands with her siblings. About my sister yes we are going to get her international travel insurance. And for ties my mother is leaving my 19 years old brother, and father who just got a brain surgery one month ago. I don’t know but i feel like this is more than enough 

Hello everyone, my husband and i sending affidavit of support and invitation to my mom and sister. They never traveled overseas. My mom is a housewife, my sister is high school student second year. She is 17 years old, but she has a serious health condition. She has to see her doctor every two months, recently she almost lost her sigh. She has brain problems. Anyway my father is going to sponsor them, my mom has her own money but she never put them in the bank. Now i have read  some of the topics that you have to show ties. that you have something to come back for. So now my mom is going to open new bank account and show that she has no intentions to stay neither my sister she can’t stay away from my mom and my mom can’t leave her back in Morocco with my father and brother. Should we add my sister health conditions with the doctor report. Any advice would be appreciated thank you

Hi everyone, i called the USCIS yesterday to check about my biometrics . It is already 32 days from receiving NOA . When i called and put my Number it said that there is no case on their file with this number 😯 . Also i was trying to talk to an agent there’s no option. Is this normal 

Hi, i was trying to check the status online and it says that the case number doesn’t exist. Was anyone able to check their status after receiving NOA? Cuz it said check your online status for the BIO app

It's been one week since our pkg was delivered at VSC, and no sign the check's been cashed.. and we're starting to get a bit anxious 

I sent my package to vt on the 10th they received it, they didn’t cashed the check and no Letter . Im really Concerned

for future you have a year left.. you should start to have joint account for every thing.. otherwise you will get RFE and will end up with interview..

Since it appears that USCIS may be rejecting the application for the improper signatures, and then sending your package back to you, they wouldn't cash your check at all until the application was properly filed.

 

Calling to check up with them might be useless because you would need to quote a receipt number over the phone for them to look up any information on your case, and you haven't received the NOA receipt letter yet..

 

 

True i haven’t received anything yet. This is really frustrating, i will wait another week and see

Good morning everyone, today is the 23 and they haven’t cashed my check , Also no letter or anything. Im really  concerned . Who ever submitted their form they either git the letter or their check was cashed. Is it a problem if i called and check with them?

I wanted to have a joining account but my husband refuses also on the bills they only have my name .

If the date of delivery was a little while ago, chances are they are preparing to send the package back to you (for the improper signatures), if they haven't processed the payment yet.

 

HOPEFULLY your original green card will be placed back for mailing  (it should be, since you submitted it as part of your package).

No they didn’t check it , the package was delivered on the 11th to USCIS Vermont, yes hopefully, and we will try to do it the right way now i know what to submit. I have to call the usps and ask if they have any package for me , me and my husband we don’t like anything important to be delivered to our apartment, thank you . You guys are amazing 

I hope so , what i call them or something? That is really confusing. I should have done research before submitting something important like that

Actually we just send it via usps and it says delivered, they didn’t check the check and i haven’t heard anything or any letter from them

I have a 2 years green card based on marriage, this month is the start of the 90 days to apply for the I751 form , we didn’t realize that is the time , anyway, my husband filed the form with his friend on the computer and singed his part , and my part too , to fix that i Signed next to his signature, we collected the bills but most of the bills are in my name even though we pay everything in half Also we don’t have a  joining account, we have a lot of pictures and some places that we have been together too . And here is the huge mistake i sent my actual green card with the package instead of the copy. What should i do

Hello guys, im not feeling Comfortable about the way we submitted the i751 form , I was told that I have to submit the original the actual green card with the papers, and i did. After reading what other people submitted im scared that something wrong could happen. What should i do ;i haven’t heard anything yet and they received the package on the 11th . Should I call the USCIS or wait . Any suggestions thank you

Hey guys we filed our i751 form , and we send it on the 10th it was received on the 11th .i haven't heard anything yet from them ; also they didn't process the check yet

I brought the abuse part earlier on but retracted that statement.

If OP's husband was holding money against her and not providing food and back necessities then that will be a form of abuse. Using money to control someone is abuse.

I retracted it because OP found a way out to make her own money and all her husband was asking of her was just half of the bills.

Not half of the bills it's more than helf for me if you said helf it should be this way everything split to half not half of rent and then you do the rest and he only cares about his car is

You don't have to pay cable, rent, electric , if none of that is in your name. You have no contract with him.

But he can kick you out to find your own place and pay all of your bills on your own..

You can pay half the rent, half electric and leave the cable out if you don't watch tv (especially if it is in his name).
