Hi everyone I'm new here. I want to file a I-129F for me fiancé. He's from Lebanon but lives and works in Dubai. I went there in May for three weeks and made engagement. How do I go about doing this, how much does it cost, and how long it should take for him to get a visa? I really need help. I'm very ignorant to these proceedings. Thank you in advance.
