 We have completed a preliminary review of the application or petition listed above. we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number......, to another USCIS  office listed below so an interview for your case can be scheduled.

Either way, your"friend" has a 10 year ban. And why would the US make an exception for someone who broke our immigration laws? Answer: They definitely will not.

hello cathy how are you doing ? you speak about the thing you don't know like a said it is my best friend. and if it was your best friend you will be scare and sad  about the situation. i came here to ask for advice not to be judged.

they did't ask him they just ask him if he gonna need a sponsor for a visa he said yes and they send the paper work to the embassy

he has to declare his overstay on his visa application. 

 

I know from my friends that generally there is no discretion on G4 (not like say H1 or L visa), if the WB etc says the job is there they can’t question that and must issue the visa, but I don’t know if (and to be honest I don’t think ) that is enough to overcome an entry ban to the US.

thanks for answer because we thought that they can make exception with that kind of visa specially when the organisation send a paperwork to the ambassy

was the G4 issued before or after the overstay? If after, was the overstay disclosed on the visa application?

he came with a visitor visa of 1 year but stayed 3 years then he applied to the World Bank while he was illegal here and he was hired. the world asked him to go back to apply for his visa in his country of origin and the bank to send the paper to the embassy so that it has an international worker visa but I wondered if the fact of being illegally will allow him to come back here with his visa to use international. here is the story

2 years overstay means that you have a 10 year ban and wont be entering US on any kind of Visa.

Merci à tous pour répondre, la chose est que je ne comprends pas pourquoi le processus est pas de même avec tout le monde ... si le fichier électronique est envoyé par le CNV, pourquoi dans d'autres cas, les gens obtiennent leur paquet 3 quelques jours après l'ambassade a reçu leurs papiers copie et dans mon cas, je besoin d'attendre plus d'un mois pour savoir quand mon entrevue sera ... le problème est que je vis en Italie et je dois planifier mon vol pour la Tunisie et maintenant et juste besoin d'attendre !

hello I do not know where to start but I expect the package number 3 of the embassy for a visa K1 fiance but what stresses me is the interview because I have nightmares every night at the thought that goes ca bad I am pessimistic but I know but there soon 5 years I had three student visa refusal and now it terrifies me to my fiancé visa I have I know if I can still live away from my fiance and our children also claiming their dad every day thank you God for the children they have American nationality and passport so the family just waiting for me and it stresses me the fear of not being at or to make me deny my ho GOD I do nothing depression anxiety attacks thinking about it has made me as I am refused a visa student three times in the past and AC strasse me even more what are your experiences and tips I really love my family and my dream is that reunited all your advice please

It has been two weeks since we got the noa2! W have been calling for two days non stop , finnaly before 5 minutes from closing and after an hour on hold someone answered and they said we should wait for 42 days for just getting the case number!!! Is that normal? Should i wait?

hi WEJ me too i was approuved for my k - 1 on 24 th august and i recived the update of my case today 5 sept they tell that they will send me my NOA 2 i think that they will update your case and they will telling you what to do just wait a few day you will receve a mail from NVC

i'm cameroonian but i leave in TUNISIA i' m student since 5 years and i have to childs with my fiancee now i'm waiting the NVC

we was approved I now waiting for mail me my NOA2 and I "have some concerns because I'm stressed my first question is, I already apply for a visa etudiant for us that was denied me three times there is that 5 years pass that it may able to influence my interview? and the fact my fiance and I have two children one of four years and the other 7 months both with birth certificates American and American passport can it work in our favor at the embassy? having been refused for student visa there 5 years ago makes me too stressed for the interview I need your advice and experiences because I am swollen thank you block

i m affraid because somebody post this morning that they denied visa fiance because her fiance ask before F1 visa so i m verry affraid for my case but i m ask visa F1 before having my childs and now i continious my school since they denied me F1 visa so im confused

The fact that you were denied a student visa will have no affect on the K-1 petition. Having children together already will probably help prove that the both of you are in a bona fide relationship.

Moi, j'ai reçu mon RFE le 14 août, j'ai envoyé la réponse le 15 août et j'ai reçu le NOA 2 hier le 20 août. Ne stressez pas, chaque case est différent.
