Hi, I am k1 filer. I HAVE FILED DS 160 AND I AM READY FOR PAYMENT OF VISA at a banco popular. Any advice on whr to look if NVC has sent to consulate? Must We wait to receive packet from consulate to schedule? Thanks in advance

Called NVC they received my case today!! They said call back in a few weeks for case#..but from reading reviews...I'll try Monday my NOA2 was Sept.28th

Guess we should of mailed it before or after we did ? bc I check cases before and after and they have responses.

I know patience is key in this process but Im stressing!! Having your loved one abroad is hard in many ways. I still have no approval ?my case was received Aug 19th! I called USCIS and NVC with no avail. I was told same thing 5 months before I should request an inquiry.

I know I must be patient. It just becomes a routine to check the app. Its expensive to visit my fiancé so hopefully this process moves along smoothy and rapidly. VJ states estimate Sept 14th for adjucation. Im happy to see things are moving along for everyone.Hooe today is our turn for great news.

Congrats!! I filed in August on the 14th. They received it the 19th and notice date was the 21st. Still no NOA1 for me though? I called USCIS and same as case tracker app: still says received Aug 19th..I guess I shouldn't worry unless a few weeks have passed any thoughts?

Congrats!! I received my NOA1 hardcopy in mail today! I filed Aug 14th says it was received the 19th!

VJ timeline says it should be adjucated by Sep 18th

I checked my status and package was delivered aug 19th! Waiting on NOA1!

I was going crazy looking for this receipt!!! BUT thank GoD for iphone deleted files I had taken a picture of it and didnt remember on top of that i had deleted it!!! But it was stored!! I checked this morning and it was delivered on the 19th, just waiting now. Thanks guys

Hi guys i sent my package w signature conformation on aug 14th i check money order status using 1 (866) 459-7822 i read online it states if it says ur money order matches that means its NOT CASHED!? I have not received an email or text and i did send the notification form. I went to post office and they said w out a tracking number i cant track. Anyone have an idea how long i should wait before contacting someone from NVC?
