  1. hi

same as sponsors, plus proof of citizenship or being a LPR

i864, taxes, letter from employer if available, paystubs

So as per your above comment, I am listing below documents

    1) I-864 form

    2) Proof of citizenship

    3) Tax returns

    4) Letter of Employment

    5) Last 3 Paystubs

    Are transcripts required?

Also can you help us by providing sequence of docs including Petioner a.k.a Sponsor1 and Sponsor2, totaling Joint Sponsor?

    Thanks!

  2. Hello,

We are using a Joint Sponsor. He is the cousin brother of my wife who is my Petiotioner.

Now we know that a Joint Sponsor will as well need to file I-864 as my wife.

Can anybody please tell us what all documents are required from Joint Sponsor for aos and iv package that needs to be sent to nvc?

Also can anybody tell us in what sequence all the documnt need to be for Joint sponsor as well as sponsor's.

    Thanks!

  3. No he would not be a suitable joint sponsor. It would need to be a person who has enough income on their own to support their household size plus you.

So do you think if we don;t do Joint Sponsor than it should be ok, or will create issue?

For NVC yes, and by the time the interview comes around, she can send you more paystubs.

And joint sponsor would be alone, without your wife's income, unless one of them is a dependant on the other's tax return.

So do you think if we don;t do Joint Sponsor than it should be ok, or will create issue?

  4. Hello,

We are in the final stage of submitting documents to submit aos and iv document to nvc, but we have a situation here.

My wife came to india to surprise me on my birthday. She had to leave her job in order to give me surprise.

Now she went back after 2 months and she dont have job.

Her income is enough as per the standards. But she is unemployed for 2 months, but she has a job now.

So does this mean we will need joint sponsorship?

    Please help!!

  5. @shahmalhar did you talk with level 2 officer/supervisor? Because, since you received NOA1 on April 23rd it seems very long time than average 5 months that they are telling us.Our NOA1 was 6th april and we got approved on 10th september. Hope you will receive good news soon. We are praying for all the april filers who have not got their approvals yet .Hope all of you get your approvals sooner.

Ya we spoke with level 2, but they are saying the same thing that still 25th March processing is going on so we need to wait a month more.

Also one more thing i will like to mention is, we filled I-129F as well for K3 for which the last status was that it was transferred to Texas on 30th July.

But i doubt that 129 has any effect on 130 because as per the k3 process, the one that gets approved first, the consequent visa will be filled.

But since ours is not getting approved, i am tend to think that 129 is affecting 130 :'(

  6. The thing about that chart is it was up to date on August 31. So on that date they were working on March 25. You would hope that by early November they would be well into April or even in May. But until it's updated you won't know. A friend of mine just waited almost a year at TSC, never found out why. I'd call twice a week to get updates until you're approved and try to speak to a level 2 supervisor every few weeks.

We will try to speak to level 2 supervisor.

Thanks for telling us about this.

  7. Based on my checks the most active batch (or batch with highest marginal activity) right now is are between 29 and 34. They haven't started on 35 quite yet other than a few outliers (probably case expedites). The batches before that have a lower marginal approval rate.

I updated the first 1000 case numbers in batch 29 and found a total of 115 I-130s. Here are the stats.

    Case Approved= 58.8%

    Case Received = 25.4%

    RFE = 14.9%

    Rejected = .9%

I spot checked some of the approved cases and most of them were in the end of August or first part of September.

Also like I said before.. there really doesn't seem to be any concrete pattern to the case approvals so don't get your hopes up for anything to happen too quickly... Best of luck to you and hope you get some action on your case soon.

    Hi rajhansen142,

We still haven't got our NOA2. Can you please tell us what dates are getting processed or any other insight?

    Thanks!

  8. I was TSC too,April 6th and was approved on September 28th (after RFE). You should have been approved by now.Try calling them. It's pretty reasonable after waiting for 6 months!

We keep on buging uscis every other day, but they only give us dates mentioned on uscis website, we have seen this that many people who petitioned after us or in the similar timeline are been approved.

I don't know how this thing is behaving and our anxiety is increasing day by day.

We don't know what shall we do?
