Yes, I am a US citizen.

Ok I realize this question has probably been asked countless times on this site but I want to be 100% sure that I am doing everything correctly for my situation so I would appreciate any answers people can give.

My husband is here on an F1 student visa, he has been for several years, currently he is also working through the opt or cpt (can't remember which) program, we got married last week my questions are as follows-

1. Is he eligible to apply for adjustment of status?

2. Can you please list exactly what forms we need and if possible where to get them (one of the pdf's available in the form downloads section was expired)?

3. Where do we send these forms and what amount needs to be paid at that time?

3. While waiting for permission to work (form I-765) can he simply keep working due to the fact that he already has permission for his current job?

4. Approximately how long should the entire process take from the time we send in the forms to the time when we receive approval?

If there is any other information you can give I really appreciate it, and if you could please be as thorough as possible that would be great.
