Hi everyone.i came here as a k1 visa on 2010 have an 11yr son under k2 visa who is a follow to join derivative came 2011..i was married to my us citizen in 90days period. During marriage he did not continue to process my sons adjustment of status and we got divorced in 2013..i got my 10 yr gc already..my question is will i still be able to adjust my sons status? Bevause he is out of status for 4yrs. He is living with me now..if so what are the first steps that i need to do? Please help God bless us all
