Yes we did sign an agent and payed the aos! But i dont know whats next?

I am cr1 , we payed the the aos as a first step, but now we are not sure what to do? Some say we have to send a package and some say we need to fill ds-260 first!! I am confused with what to do!!??

I got my case numbet! They sent us a letter

I just got my case # and IIN an hour ago (IR-5 priority date July 6, Nebraska Center. USCIS approved petition on Aug 25, then sent my papers to NVC on Sept 2, NVC received it Sept 9) i asked the operator if i can give him my and the beneficiary's email address but he said there's no instructrion from NVC that i have to give them any email add.

Almost all the instructions here say that petitioner and beneficiary should give email add to nvc. Should i call them again? And what is the next step after getting case # and IIN?

oh really! And how did you know when the nvc recived it? U called?

Ours took 9 days from NOA2 before it was even sent to NVC. 3 days later NVC receive it. Then 9 more days before they issue case number and IIN.

- It will take between 5-20 days from USCIS mail to be delivered to the NVC ( depending on the service center)

- it will take between 14-30 days from receipt of mail , for NVC to assign a case number

- then it may take another 4 days before you can "Assign an agent"

It has been two weeks since we got the noa2! W have been calling for two days non stop , finnaly before 5 minutes from closing and after an hour on hold someone answered and they said we should wait for 42 days for just getting the case number!!! Is that normal? Should i wait?

Hello, can anyone help me please! We got out NOA2 and it has no information about waht to do and if we dont know we should wait for the nvc to contact us or we should call them and ask if they got the papers???

We sent everything, but i thing we had problems with passport pictures, so

They asked for new one!

Heyy , after a month from sending the 129f petition , we checked our case and they said our case has been suspended because they needed something, after two days we got it in mail saying they need two more passport pictures because the one we sent wasnt good!

So we sent them two more passport pictures!!

I am glas that finnaly they are seeing our case! But is it something bad to suspend it or to ask for more stuuf??
