i need to help i don’t know what to do at this point i got naturalized 3 days after my newborn baby and i can’t  transmit my citizenship to him cuz he born before i got naturalized

by the way i filled i 130 for my wife back on june 2022 but her petition still pending didn’t get approved yet so my question is what to do about my son he is 2 months old , should i file i 130 or him as well or what is the process for this kind of case

i have an Italian friend he got married with american women from texas 

they getting ready to apply for CR1 visa for him 

but he was in jail for 4 years cuz of drugs cocaine but he was innocent he didnt use or sell and they didnt find it with him just they catched other guys and got him involved 

so later after he out of jail goverment gave him a Rehabilitation and when get his record from police or court it's says Nothing on it 

do you think he will face any problems on his case please need an answer

 i had my interview on January i got AP , the Co asked me to bring them new Joint Sponsor cuz other one wasn't leaving in the same State as my wife and they refused him 

i got a 221 g Paper, and they marked about the things i have to bring: 

-signed form I-864 

-recent tax

-proof of citizenship Or LPR status Or W'2

That's wut they asked for,

so all i have now ready is  

- form signed from the new Joint sponsor

- W-2 for 4 yrs (2016,2015,2014,2013)

- Tax of 2016  

- Copy of Driver Licence  

Do you think is enough, cuz my sponsor don't have passport yet and also applying for birth took long time to come 

is those papers are enough to prove or not 

any help

i had my interview last week , the Co lady didnt ask for any papier they asked me for on the list 

and also she didnt take any pics which 5/5 size she gave to me back those pic and also gave me 2 others we already sent on nvc step 

i had a joint sponsor making 50k but he is not in the same state where my wife residing so they didnt accepet it , they asked me for new sponsor 

which risiding in the same state where is my wife living , idk why they didnt accepted it 

they gave me a papier said my case has been suspended till i gave them the new sponsor papiers i dont know if i even get approved 

they said drop your sponsor papiers and your passport at aramix 

wut do u think guys , any one had the same issue 

Did you not send copies of the to NVC?

If you did, you are probably ok unless they lost them.

Yes i did sent copies to the NVC but you can see if it required on the attached papiers that they sent to me with interview letter

What is the norm there isn't always here in the USA, especially when your have to deal with Immigration.

It would be best if she was a bit older when they apply. Do you know if they have strong evidence of a relationship and marriage?

Was this an arrange marriage?, are they cousins?, I would kind of think so on the information provided, 15 years old VS 23 years old and such.

I know of one couple who were cousins, and yes from Morocco who were approved, but she was 18 at the time, he is not much older then her, maybe 5-7 years.

They are in US now, 3 beautiful children and very happy.

Yes they are cousins , as many people said it seems normal here in morocco but we don't know how does it looks like in The USA

but the best solution for them is he can hire a attorney and he will see wut gonna happen

Well the girl is turning 16 In FEB , The Guy which is her husband he is moroccan too and he is from her family and he is 23 years old raised in US and he has Citizenship and the girl is got married with consent of her legal guardian.

Does he need to refill another one and send it with explaning letter

Or he need to wait for RFE

Or does he need to contact the NVC

so my wife has 3 kids , and in part 5 item 4 , we dont know how much kids we will put 3 or 1

she has 3 and they all living with her , but in last filling taxes returen she only claimed 1 child and the 2 others her mom and dad claimed them on the tax , we really stuck on this

- First of all Finally i found someone to sponsor but my wife is Presently Unemployed she didn't work since March 2015

And she have zero Indivudual income since March 2015 .

- Second she Live in Kansas State , and the sponsor is living In New Jersey

My questions is what is the form my wife going to file out

and wut form my sponsor going to file out

and is it acceptable to be sponsored from person living in other state which he dont live in same state as my wife

Hello Members i'm seeking for help if possible

This is my story
i'm moroccan guy married with my american wife , we've been married since June 2014 and we applied for visa and everything was going okay , untill we needed the sponsorship it was something normal for us cuz we didn't think it will be a problem for our case , My wife revet to islam since 2013 and since then her family knew that and they refuesed to help her even her friends refuesed to help her and also her income is not enough cuz she has kids with her ex 3 kids which she need to make like 35K yearly , so last update of our case was 30 august 2015 and there still 44 days left for our case to be canceled she tried harder to find someone to help i wish if i could find someone to help or even tell us something to do another solution we knocked many many doors and we found all of them closed in our face , i wish if i could find a good person who can help us in this suffring case we are apart since july 2014 it's been like 2 years now , Note ( once her sister agreed to do the sponsor then she has wreck by the car and she can't walk or even work this was another door closed on our face she wreck b4 she do the sponsor for us thanks for your comments and help and advice anything

i really need help i have some questions i got married in June 2014 and we got approved On Jully 2015 then paid the AOS fee On 31 August 2015 that was the last Action we did , because we didn't find sponsor and still same problem continued , so it's been like almost 9 months now with nothing new , my wife has 3 kids that's why she can't sponsor me she don't make it .

My Questions is :

1- since the last update was 31 August 2015 so is it going to expire if we don't find sponsor ..

2- if yes . what if we pay the other fee is it gonna renew the period and make it more longer .

Please answer me because we don't wanna waste money on it if it gonna be expired .

Hello Bro , so well if you sponsoring only your wife you will put 2 cuz you will count yourslef as househeld if u have any kids and they are living with you in he same house you need to count them on the AOS Form , u will always count yourself and your wife ,

One friend which he was living in forgien country he said that i have to tell my wife to fill jointly but she will tell them that I'm not working in my country . But I'm working now what do you think guys about this is it gonna make any problems in the interview if they ask me if im working or and i said i am please help . So my wife seen a post in a visa group stating how when she went to file taxes she had explained her situation as her spouse being in another country but they tax agent marked her as single and now there is a red flag at the interview stage this has me concerned because last year when I filed my taxes I told the lady I had gotten married but because he was in another country and had no ssn and he was not there to file with me she marked me as single does anyone here have experience on this if so what did you do as it's time for me to file again should I file married but separated?
