That's great news Eric. You are 2 days behind us. We got the approval on 13th October and confirmation from TSC yesterday that they had sent our paperwork to NVC.

We finally got our electronic NOA2 yesterday - 264 days after the NOA1 and 57 days after the RFE acknowledgement. So, they pretty much took up the whole 60 days after receiving the RFE. We did initiate a case inquiry last week for outside normal processing timeline, but don't know whether that made any difference. now for the next stage. At least it has now left the black hole of TSC. Good luck everyone.
