In our case, it took us around 5months. We sent it via email and mail.

Just called NVC this morning and still no interview scheduled yet..any idea how US Embassy manila is doing their interviews?

Hi Venice! We also called NVC today. My case was completed Aug 3. The rep said that they're the one scheduling the interview. Once they scheduled it, they will forward the docs to USEM. He said the earliest schedule that I may get would be September, but he did not guarantee. I was keeping in track of your updates cause you are just couple of days ahead if me. Hope we'll have our schedule the soonest! Good luck!
